One of the quickest checkouts I've ever had. Friendly and had everything ready for me. The store closed a bit early tonight due to New Year's Eve and he gave me great instructions on how and where to leave trailer after hours. You guys shouldn't allow everyone to work your business. This location specifically the guy was great but what I had to go through at the FIRST location my truck was suppose to be at, was awful. The place was a mess. The guy didn't even know what I was talking about with my reservations, got the truck a hour late because I had to wait just to get told to go to another location. The website says $50 off if reservations was inaccurate, didn't received that.Ruqayyah H.

My key code wouldn't come thru so I couldn't get my U-Haul on time. I was two hours late so my movers cancelled on me. So I hired more but it started raining so they cancelled. Then I hired more but the parking lot to the old house was flooding so they quit. I'm behind on my schoolwork and currently still moving after I gave the U-Haul back. Now I get a bill for an additional $30. I received a $50 and extra time refund but really feel like all my money should be returned.Karla M.

This location, if you can call it that, was not well marked. It was very difficult to find someone to help process the drop off. Not sure why the app had me drop off the trailer approximately 20 miles from my original scheduled location.JOHN B.

It was a Boost Mobile location.Nice and ready for pick up via mobile. Was unable to rent an appliance dolly so I had to search for another one on move day, which was a little stressful! He did say he called 3 nearby UHaul dealers with no luck to find one for me. Thanks for trying and grateful I found one at my local drop off point where I had to park my car early for end of moving day. Whew!Randa T.
This wasn't the location I originally rented from. When I realized I needed a bigger trailer, the local phone at the first place never answered their phone. I had to drive over there the next morning to cancel in person. The Boost Mobile location was OK. The worker there was moving as quickly as he could, and very friendly. Although I had pre-paid for moving blankets, he didn't have any. Told me I needed to go over to Gallatin Rd/Due West center. What a hassle. No thanks.Vaughn E.

The service provider/attendant was very helpful and courteous. I don't like that I had to render an image of my driver's license and want to be assured that the image is deported from the system and servers. This way it can't be used or manipulated for fraudulent or other unauthorized purposes. The equipment appeared to be ok in the dark, night pickup-minimum light; however, when loading the vehicle we found that one of the tire straps was damaged, creating a potentially dangerous towing travel situation. UHaul overall needs to improve their communication and know where they have trucks at. Every time I go to rent a truck there is a lot of confusion and have to run from one place to the other to get a truck. I waste a lot of my valuable time because of UHaul. Let's get it together UHAUL good grief!!! My time is very valuable!!VICKIE S.

This was the worst time ever with uhaul, they made us switch times after our reservation began and didn't notify us of changes. They switched us to a new location, forgot our appliance dolley, and made me go to two separate locations to get said dolley. I will NEVER use uhaul again. Their â€œrefundâ€ after delaying us and making us run all over town was a mere $50.00. I would rather pay professional movers then deal with such uneducated in their own field customer service again.hannah R.

I have no issues with either pickup or drop-off sites. Instead, I found it extremely frustrating to have no clue when/where/what vehicle I was going to get until the day prior to pickup. While I requested a 20' truck (because I was worried a 15' would be tight), I ended up with a 26' truck which was mostly empty. Maneuvering with the extra 6' was stress that I really didn't need. The pickup time was shown as 8:30am when I requested 7:30am (and the truck was actually ready at 7:00am). Nobody in UHAUL support (phone [15min on hold!] or email) could/would give me any clue beforehand on details so I could confidently schedule by move helpers. If my truck wasn't ready/available until after my movers arrived, I would have wasted precious time. I had to take a chance and hope my requests would be filled. Luckily it worked out but I spent 2 weeks stressing about the move.Timothy A.

Fuel level was not as stated on paperwork. Gentlemen did not know how to retrieve my reservation in computer system. Waited in the store for over and hour trying to get uhaul and trailer. Upon recieving uhaul and trailer they weren't confident about how to hook up uhaul. Based on this experience I wouldn't not use or recommend uhaul In the future.Lauren C.
