You could make sure that the equipment is at the location requested not over 50 miles away so we don't have to pay for extra miles. I moved less than a mile and paid for 56 miles! NOT HAPPY!

Went to drop it off, said they were open Saturday until noon, got there at 1153 no one atround.. had to use the after hours drop app, which is a pain when you're exhausted from moving.

The pickup was easy. I did have trouble with the website, though. Even though my phone had location services enabled, I was not able to utilize the website because of location service pieces. I had a friend with me, so I was able to use her phone, but it did make things challenging.

Bruce was great! Located me the truck I needed in KS set up the reservation and everything went off without a hitch! Returned the truck to him using the after hours drop off. I would definitely recommend using Bruce over on line scheduling.

Honestly super happy with my experience have you used u-haul several times in the past, And this time was a much easier Experience. But I was a little confused about the total It was nowhere near what was estimated when I Picked up the truck, They added on convenience charges and extra charges for cleaning. Which was never told to me on the front end and it was a lot more expensive than I was planning on paying.

It was a fine pick up, the truck was just dirty. The cab had ashes in it, the floors were muddy, and the back of the truck had dirt and things left over from the previous user.

The local office was great help however they would not buy back my extra boxes as I was lead to believe. That is a promotion issue of U-Haul. I'm just glad I had just a few unused ones. The locations were not an issue it is the on-line aspect and promotion that is an issue.

The agents that represent U-Haul were excellent. Dealing with the corporate side was a nightmare. I received an email stating that I needed to contact U-Haul regrading a change to my reservation. I called the 1-877 number 3 times and no one ever answered before I was disconnected. I tried the numBer on the "We Care' web page 1-800 go-uhaul and still no one answered. I finally reached out on the chat feature only to sit there for 5 minutes without getting any response to my question I finally reached out to Bolen Auto where I finally received a thing they used to call customer service.Even though I reserved well in advance, I had to drive an extra 70 miles to get my truck. Because of this experience I will never recommend or use U-Haul ever again. Customer service says everything about a company and it was non-existent with U-Haul.
