Did not get the van I had reserved. Had to settle for a larger panel truck. I did not need such a large vehicle and had some difficulty driving into areas I needed to use.

It did smell like cigarettes and truck needed an alignment ...but that's my only complaint. The lady who runs this location is excellent at her job and so kind.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had renting a truck. I have lived in this small town for 30 years and and have a large online presence and I will tell everyone that this is the best Uhaul I have ever used. Mary is a gem. She made everything easy for us for our local rental. I can't say enough good things.

We thought everything was wonderful. I had towed units before so whenever stopping for gas or rest stops I would always ck my tires all around and straps and connections on tow vehicle. Very glad I did. Don't know what happened but ended up in a very small town that uhaul didnt work on particular rigs. All strapping had come off of tires. I think between frigid ice and snow it all had worked itself off from 40degree weather to 1 degrees. Thank goodness that God was watching. I just didn't think it sounded ok and being handicapped myself it had to be completely unhooked and then I drove it off then back on the ramp when untangled and restrung over both tires. I never would have managed on my own. God is good. I will forward the store when I get their card out of the camper.

Great experience. The original U-haul I called did not have the truck I needed but called this location for me and made the reservation. I would recommend both u-haul locations on Main Street in Boerne, Tx!!

Poor communication from your Taos office. The Boerne Uhaul location was good and I would rent from them again. However, I would not rent again from Taos

The drop off location was excellent, very courteous and helpful people.. However it was the third location I went to because the others didn't take trailers. Having a list of locations in the destination city that will take a trailer drop off would have saved time and gas....
