Don't send older people to a place for pickup when they are closed. Harder to check in electronically than it is to check in with a person. Had all kinds of paperwork problems.

James EThe mirrors are horrible. They do not move which makes the stress of driving a truck even worse. Invest in decent mirrors is something every customer will appreciate.

ANTHONY OOnly the back was dirty but they did offer to sweep it out. Very friendly.
Antoinette bThere was hardly and cell signal (using iPhone and Android) and it is right next to a busy highway so very loud. The app would hang up on both platforms and we eventually gave up and called at both pickup and drop off but it was terribly hard to hear. I do not wish to use the 24/7 service and app at this location again and wish I had gotten the truck at the service center where I registered initially - especially because I booked weeks in advance. I had to drive 25min away from my home to another county to get to this crappy location and my pick up was for 4pm… the location had posted hours of 10-5pm but it was closed so no one was there to help us. Never going to that location again.

Steven HHorrible experience. - The site had no cell service (I use Verizon). It took me 30 minutes to do the pickup. - Truck smelled like trash and fungus. There were flies flying around. - I requested a utility dolly and furniture pads. I only got furniture pads. I found out later that the order got modified and I was not notified of the change.

Diane WThe trailer I had reserved in Waldorf had bad lights and they did not have another. Since ALL the other locations in Waldorf were closed, I had to go this location 20M away which I was not happy about. The agent here was very helpful.
