This was not my original pick up location. I reserved what I needed one month in advance and got the wrong truck at an out of the way location. Also reserved an appliance dolly and got the regular dolly instead. Was also overcharged for the truck I reserved. Worst experience ever with U-Haul.

This is an "old school" local auto parts business that offers limited Uhaul goods/services. In comparison to the three locations I've used near my home in Severn Maryland...this one is lacking in customer service, even as a simple drop off location. Recommend a "secret" shopper experience to validate customer service is up to Uhaul standards...or refresher training on how to check in equipment for available use to other customers. Currently "disputing" excess use charges through the invoice/receipt. Zero reason this should have occurred...as I stood in line, waited for service representative, confirmed parking spot for drop off and asked if they needed to see paperwork...all straightforward processes I've done multiple times with Uhaul. Somehow no one could be bothered to put the auto transport back into available inventory and I had to be contacted by the service center to confirm location of equipment. That's poor customer service at the drop off location...plain and simple.

The truck was full of dog hair and I did not receive the dolley that I reserved. My original pick location did not have the truck I reserved so I had to drive 30 miles past the original location to pick a truck of the same size.

Make sure the trucks r cleaned out before rerenting. Also the person who rents them should be there when a reservation is made ahead of time
