Everything was perfect. So convenient. Great location. I don't have to drive 20-30 miles just to get to my move. Very Happy. Using them again next week.

The ONLY reason I give this location any good reviews is because of location. It is a MESS! No one is there to help at drop off.

The drop off location was down right scary! It looks like a junk yard. No one was there and when I called the number you gave me it was incorrect as was the actual address. The correct address is 901 Rt 23, Craryville, NY. Please get the right number for future customers. When I looked on line and found the correct number I got an answering machine that gave no hours of operation. It just asked for the customer to leave a message. It turns out that Bob's Service center opens at 6:30 pm. After an exhausting day of driving and moving I had to hire two men to unhook the trailer and leave it on the side of a busy road with no one around. This was very uncomfortable for me. I am a 52 year old widow with 2 girls. Safety and convenience is my number 1 concern. I didn't get either one on the drop off. So not only did I have to pay for the trailer but I had to pay two men I didn't know to help me. Disappointing to say the least.

The location is not open until 6:30 at night. There should be some online video available to show you how to check in remotely. My cell phone was not able to open the website, but fortunately my sisters was able to.

Although a great rental, there is a major problem. U-Haul put an authorization hold on my card that lasted over 30 days! Still fighting with them to have released. Filled out the form, called 2 reps and the reps both agree that this hold should have been released in 3 days, but didn't know why! So now I wait. Called bank, called U-haul, no one is doing anything about this, so I will be forced to look into legal actions soon!

Great service, very clean truck with very good brakes and new tires. I would definitely recommend this rental location. Bob was very kind and helpful.
