Good deal. Used the auto pick up by phone as it was Sunday and counter rental was closed. Glad I had my passport w/ me as a 2nd form of ID to scan. Overall a good experience and I would use this location and service again.

I loved the van! I was pleased that the controls were easy to use, and the vehicle so easy to operate. My only suggestion would be if you could find a way to add hand holds by the cargo doors. Being a petite person I had trouble getting in and out of the cargo space.

I paid him $100 in cash because I had a debit card not a credit card and I see that my debit card was charge $51.75 so I paid $151.75 for a one day renter on a van that is $19.00 plus $50 dollars insurance.

Bob was very helpful throughout the process-he went out of his way to make sure the van was ready for me. Will definitely return when I need to rent another van or truck. Much more streamlined than going downtown, though I have had good experiences there too. Thank you Bob!

Bob's Rentals has always rented good, clean equipment, BUT the U-Haul van was dirty, used Covid face mask, empty water bottle & general debris on the floor. Windshield has not been cleaned in a while.

did not get the car trailer due to previous customer refused to return the carrier until 4 pm or later that day and I couldn't wait that long. So the trailer was not used.

Bob was excellent to deal with. Handled my return promptly and spent time chatting about the trailers performance and handling. Great shop and wonderful to work with. Overall experience very good, some attention on the website to make changes to add damages is in order. Online wait times are horrendous

Drop off the worst people ever did not have to have it back until Saturday night they called to see when we were dropping off I told them maybe Friday night but was to late by the time we arrived in Virginia they texted me twice to see when we would get it back they told a customer they could rent it Saturday morning that was not right I got up Saturday morning to 2 more texted when we were coming needless to say the girl who check us in was si rude you need to check who you delivered with pick up was great other wise the rest was horrible

We had great luck with Bob and our uhaul we rented for the day. I had a hiccup when checking in online and Bob came right out to help me and make the process smooth for me! We will definitely use his services again!

I was threatened to bring the 10ft uhaul back or else he “bob” would call the police? I was paying for it and told him I would probably have it a full two days and wasn’t sure how many miles I would need. I’ve used u haul many time and bob acted like I was using his own vehicle he is very stubborn and not to outgoing. Uhaul is great though and pretty affordable if your not going more than 50 miles

Working with Bob was great. My problems were more with the website. I had multiple failures trying to track my reservation using the website. Bob stepped in and with me on the phone overrode some of the issues.

I booked a truck in one location and was later told it was unavailable. I had to accommodate uhaul by going to the location of their choosing even thought I supposedly had a reservation. I originally booked the truck in downtown Albany. I was told I had to go to west sand lake.

Bob was fantastic! He was very easy to communicate and get in touch with. He has a very small shop and you get to deal with him directly. The truck was really clean and practically brand new. We would recommend him again over any of the corporate sites. We will be back again!
