Read the gas gauge more carefully. I was charged for 4 gallons of gas even though I put in gas just before returning the truck and trailer. I tried to resolve it with the rental facility but the tech insisted he read the gauge correctly. Had to call corporate and have them check the paperwork for the next person who rented the truck to verify the fuel gauge was at the same level as when I rented it. Only then was I issued a refund.

Nicole KThe online check in is the worst thing ever. I am very good with technology so it’s not like I didn’t understand what was going on it just takes forever. They ask you a millions things and then you have to wait to be approved. It took 20 minutes. Why bother putting in your license before cause you’ll just have to do it again. I’ve never been so annoyed. Save yourself the hassle and just check in during normal business hours. At least give a heads up of the process before hand. I will never use this service again.

Now I’m charge a ridiculous amount and the lady was rude about it when I called at the Maryland heights location: uhaul customer service is horrible. I absolutely would never recommend services.
