I was charged more than what was quoted. I only needed the small truck; however, none was available. I was quoted a flare rate of 92.00, plus tax, and gas for the next size truck. Nevertheless, I noticed that my card was charged for additional mileage.

Not a safe place to be at anytime of the day. Poor location drop off. Will not be using uhaul again unless there is another location in my town besides this one.

Pickup location was a convent store that is a front for drugs. The cops frequent this place and a few weeks ago they had a shooting. The U-Haul rep was not on site and had to wait 20mins for him to come back so we could receive are rental. No one was on site when we returned and the store clerk said we had to come back the next day to return even though my contract said I could return until 7pm that day. The place smelled of drugs. Very sketchy people hanging around the building.

Vehicle didn't have any gas in it. I did not drive 20 miles in vehicle, the location stated different. My debit card was charged twice

Dirty. Unfriendly, didn't help hook up the trailer, in the "ghetto". Didn't feel safe.

The person behind the desk did not seem to know what was going on. Told me truck rental was only return to that location only ( no one way rental.) She also told me Uhaul did not put good tires on their trucks, they did not hold air and for ME to have them checked before I drove the truck very far. Sure enough back tire on driver side was low. Road side assistance came and replaced both back tires before I left. Also thought I was paying $568(in store pick up) but my total charge was $714.23. This is my first experience with Uhaul rental and I can say it will be my last. Not happy at ALL.

They need to let people be aware that the time they set to pick up the vehicle has to coincide with the location store. Some stores system shuts down at 6pm.

Charge customers the right amount of days and rates. I was cheated from the company. I will never recommend uhaul. Not a trustworthy company.
