Terri was very kind and polite on the phone and even more so in person. Store was clean and full of life. Honestly best UHaul location I have ever been to (and I've been to a few over my lifetime!)

It took him an hour to get the computer to work and enter our information. Then the trailer lights didnt work and it took him 20 minutes to try a different light cord after we suggested that several times. On top of that, he charged us for 3 days when we only needed a one and wont refund me. Horrible experience.

Super friendly people! Helped us make a change even after we made our online reservation. Plenty of space to easily back up to the trailer and drive out.
