The personal customer service from Ed was what made this such a great experience and I would recommend his Turnersville location to anyone I know for future rentals!

Jennifer BLocation was fine. The problem is the Uhaul corporation! They messed up my reservation. Changed locations with no notice. Really put me in a tough spot. I feel they only worry about getting the order and not so much about following through.

MOLLY JStaff was extremely helpful and courteous! They're very through, keys were found that we didn't see during our inspection of equipment. So one of the employees were so kind to call and leave a message for us. Thankfully they were t anyone's keys thst unloaded the U-haul.

I honestly thought I was gonna have a problem like a lot of other places, but everything went seamless. I was able to get the vehicle that I needed and get it fast .Its a great place to do business.

LEAH KGood people here. Helped with the process of setting up the trailer and gave good advice. Not to mention, they made sure I had a safety pin to prevent possibly losing the trailer from the hitch.

rich fI was charged for gas, while I returned the truck with more gas than it initially had. I emailed Uhaul a picture showing the gas level at the time of rental (time stamp included) and I have not received a response. Additionally, this address of 151 Blackhorse pike is incorrect. Navigation on different platforms will bring you to 151 N Blackhorse pike or 151 S Blackhorse pike, which both are incorrect. The address should reflect 151 Route 168.
frederick bEd was friendly and took his time to make sure everything was checked and good to go with my rental. I was particularly pleased with his diligence in making sure the trailer was hooked up safely and he even greased the trailer door so it operated smoothly.
