When we picked up our trucks, there were locks on the back that no one had the combinations to and after many attempts they finally cut them off. Also, we reserved our trucks and tow dolly 2 weeks in advance and 24 hours prior to pick-up they called to confirm our reservation but informed me they could not provide the tow dolly.

Blystones in Portage is also a Big Towing co it seems that they have to much going on to be bothered with U-Haul customer service there really "Needs to Improve" Portage is still a small area in Wisconsin and we deserve "Better" Once they get your money they do not care.

Make the uhaul website easier for the staff- they all complained about how it changes like every day... just slows down reservations and returns. Also the door chime made noise every time the door was open even if nothing was on. Bit annoying and even tune it out and left the headlights on a few times.

Kerri called & said we could pick truck up 1 day early at no extra charge. The next day Alvin from U-haul called & said we needed to return it a day early. I argued no we can't that's not our reservation. He relented but it was VERY stressful.

I dropped the truck off after hours, didn't go in (they were closed) however could used a sign saying where to park trucks and what to do with keys. If it had been my first time dropping a truck off there and it was after hours, I would have no idea that they were to be parked in the lot across the street from the main building.

Paying that much for mileage is a little ridiculous... just wanted to move some things... ended up costing in total over 300 dollars.

The drop off went perfect. It's a nice facility. It was very easy to park the 26 foot truck by their building. I was told that I would be charged a one dollar folding fee for every blanket that was returned unfolded. I was very upset. Explained that the business I rented from never told me this and that many of the blankets were wet and smelly. Keri waived the one dollar fee, and I very much appreciated that.

We noticed wear on chains before we left, they happily replaced them, trailer tire popped on our way back, they came out quickly to where we were stalled & replaced it. Both mechanics were polite & friendly.

I did not have an appointment to rent a truck. I walked in and the employees at Blystones were very friendly and helpful. They got me everything I needed right away. Their service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

The trailer was 6x12. Except the gate was 5.5 we took the trailer 200 miles to pick up our John deer gayer that was 5.7 wide it was 3 inches too short for the entry on the trailer , would of been good information to know when requesting a trailer 6 ft. It was too short turned around without our John deer vehicle! Very disappointed

Bylstones is an excellent vender and representative. They were very professional, responsive, and helpful. The set back was that one of the tie down straps was damaged. This was unknown to me or Brystones when I left the store. Bylstones provided a discount to compensate for the inconvenience.

The young lady at the facility was outstanding. However, the UHaul website was extremely slow when she was completing my paperwork. In order for me to get going she took my info and finished things after I’d left. Guess it helps to do business local and in a small town—they knew me.

The back of the truck was full of debris, a rug, candy and wrappers, minor dirt. I did sweep it out before returning but left the rug. I mention this only so I won't be charged for that. It was there when I picked it up. The cab of the truck was very clean. Ran great with no problems. Staff at this location were incredibly friendly and professional. Looks like a great place to work!

Only had one minor problem. I needed a 20' truck and reserved it for this past Sunday. When we went to pick it up at was not back yet. The office person tried calling etc. No answer. So he said he only had a 15' so We had no choice but to take this one. We needed to make two loads instead of one which took longer. We got it done and returned the truck. Paid for it and went on our way.

Windshield wiper fluid froze up on truck. Had to drive truck through winter weather and was dangerous with no wiper fluid. Also after reserving my truck online, the truck was not available and I had to pick up a different sized truck 2 hours away. Also the online re talk service took a long time to process while waiting to get the keys.
