I wanted the toy holler and booked a reservation for it upon my arrival. I was told that I can go ahead and hook it up. I’m not used to hooking up these halls up to my car usually U-Haul does it for me when I went to go install the toy hauler. It was in the grass and buried deep. I could not lift it to put it on my car. It was a good 6 inches away from my hitch buried into the ground. I had walked back inside and let them know what had happened. They told me I can pick up a different piece of equipment I did that and this equipment was the only equipment that they had left and I needed to move. Same day. I had to dig the 5 x 9 trailer out of the ditch to put it on my vehicle thankfully one of the employees helped me keep the trailer from rolling back so I can put it on my car and pull it out of the ditch but still putting the U-Haul on my vehicle was different and difficult compared to any other experience with U-Haul. I do want to clarify. and say that it’s not 100% on the employees of this location. It was two older women. and one of them even said what were they supposed to do at their age? overall, the experience wasn’t great, but it wasn’t even the employees fault

They knew nothing about what they were doing first trailer had a broken light. Changed me to a unit 2 times the size which is whatever. Promised that I’d get refunded for the day I wasn’t going to use. They just weren’t giving good information

Joseph dFrustrated that I ordered/reserved a utility dolly and was provided with an appliance dolly instead (no utility dolly available). The appliance dolly was much too heavy, had smaller wheels, straps that just got in the way, and was harder to use for what we were moving, mostly boxes. The staff was apologetic but this slowed down our move and ultimately made it more difficult. Please provide items as requested, no surprise substitutions.

Christian ZMy rental pickup experience at this location was less than acceptable. There was no one there who could give me they key until 9am when my guaranteed reservation was at 8am. The manager tried to gaslight me by saying first that the Uhaul portal was down for vendors and then that she could see my reservation wasn't until 11am. Thankfully I had the foresight to see this coming and was already on the phone with a customer service rep to dispel those falsehoods. I was over an hour late waiting on a key when I had already went through the steps online and dispatched the truck. The manager was completely unprofessional and told me she had to "throw some clothes on" and would come give me the key. She NEVER came. I will never pickup a uhaul truck from this location again. When I finally got the truck, it had layers of dirt in the box and being that i was over an hour late meeting my loaders, I did not even have time to sweep it out myself.
