Terrible customer service. They overcharged my card and when I called a manager (Ryan) to discuss, he wouldn't take my call. I am disputing with my bank. We used the U-Haul to move 2 blocked and the charges were over$90.

We reserved a 26 foot truck and upon arriving, we received a call that there was not a 26ft truck available and we would need to wait until 12pm for another truck to be turned in (We we're scheduled to pickup the truck at 9am). We hired folks to unload our truck, so this would not work for us. so we had to settle on the 15ft truck they had on-site, which made us perform several trips and spend more money on hiring more help.

Overall the customer service was great. We needed a truck and they delivered on that. However that truck needs to be retired or tuned up. It's borderline dangerous. I just drove a uhaul for a friends move and everything was normal. This truck… it's like the steering wheel and the tires weren't acting in sync. There were two times I thought the truck was going to run me right into the median. And one time it took me outside my lane on the freeway. And the brakes felt weak. Really scary. I think if you've got over 160k miles on it you've won. Retire that truck. Other than that, everything was great.

Make sure lock isn't already cut before renting out again. Lock was already cut prior to me picking it up, so I had to use my own lock.

Horrible experience. The truck was awful to drive. When trying to go above 40 mph it shook so bad. Could not drive it on the high way could not transport furniture due to truck issues. Had to park truck and someone had to come and tow it back ... very difficult to talk to someone regarding issues took at least 8 hours to get a hold of someone to let them know what happened then was never notified when they was coming to tow truck back , they just showed up. I should had never had to pay anything for this truck please consider reimbursement for the inconvenience that was caused by U haul, I have used u haul several times over the past 20!years and this is the first time that there was a problem!

Angel was VERY helpful and polite. This review doesn't have anything to do with how the customer service was. I'm not sure who checked out the U-Haul we rented but someone stole the catalytic converter from it & we figured it out after we got it. The truck ran horrible

There was no ramp on the uhaul and it made it very hard to load and unload. If I knew it didn't have a ramp, I would of gotten a different uhaul. This was a big inconvenience for 2 days of the rental.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful since I don't understand how to do all the on line things very well. Our only complaint was there was no ramp on our truck so it was very hard to get heavy furniture inside. We'll have to remember to check that next time.

The female Manger on the phone was rude and wouldn't let me get a word in when I was trying to clarify if I could pick up the uhaul without contract. She told me that the George Floyd riots were the reason Uhaul wasn't going contactless even though other stores confirmed that wasn't true. After yelling at me she then gave the phone to some else who answered my question in a minute. The two employees that helps us when we picked up were amazing.

My truck was missing the pads. While I didn't need these, there should have been a place in the app to report this. When I filled out the app to take the truck and also when I filled it out to return it there was no where to report this. The apps asked about damage not about missing items. It also didn't ask if these items were there when I took the truck, since I didn't order pads I didn't think they were missing. I only realized this in the end when it asked if I used them and/or the dolly. Otherwise everything was great.

I was reassigned a pickup at a different 4075 Camero due to a Covid. The location was fine. The truck was clean inside and the equipment and blankets were loaded. The exterior was covered with bugs. It would be nice if the UHaul staff cleaned the windshield, lights and front as part of the preparations.

Don't rent from uhaul. I was trying to pick up the U-Haul truck for 3 hours on the phone with customer service going back and forth get sent to different numbers. Very frustrating. Will not be using again.

Add their location on the U-Haul app. I came about 4 AM to drop off the truck and because their location wasn't on the U-Haul app I wasn't able to drop it off. Which I had to come back in the morning and drop off. Not to mention I live 45 mins away now. So I wasted time and gas!

Maybe not give a truck that's completely on empty because the gas line was cut. I ended up spilling a ton of gas on the floor the people were yelling at me. Then i drove it back to tge place i could have blew up and died

Despite the wonderful location, pick up and drop off process, I am very unhappy with my experience. I was charged twice for my rental, both the estimate price and the ending total. When I called customer service I was told that the charges were correct. When I asked the representative to explain each line item to me, she couldn't, and told me the only thing I could do is file a dispute of charges. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could explain the charges to me, and she put me on hold. After several minutes she returned and told me they had taken another look and that I was correct about the charges being wrong. They then refunded the incorrect amount. The representative was very kind and helpful, and I give kudos to her for helping me resolve the issue. I'm also happy with the outcome; however, this error should not have happened in the first place, and it makes me very hesitant to use uhaul again.
