Gregory RWe originally booked a Uhaul truck at Pauls Liquor and Tobacco in Genoa City Wisconsin. They were supposed to be open at 9:00am for our truck pickup. We waited until 9:30 and still no one showed up at the store. We called U haul central number and rep from Uhaul apologized and made every effort to contact the store or its owners with no luck. She the redirected us to Bloomfield Tire and Auto who were excellent. I asked the rep at U Haul for an upgrade to a truck with a ramp and she did so at no charge to us. U haul did a great job and so did Bloomfield Tire and Auto..Stay away from Pauls Liquor and Tobacco store and they should not even be a provider of U haul trucks.

Linda bThe problem that I had was trying to 'communicate' with your website or through the app to finish the process of returning. Neither the app nor the website would not recognize the location so I had to call for someone to upload the pictures taken. That took a looooong time!!! The closer UHAUL authorized place shown in the app and website was in Spring Grove, IL and not this authorized place which was not a UHAUL place but an tire shop.

Robert FLocation staff were friendly and good service. The location that UHAUL gave us was very far. We were supposed to pick it up at Huntley location but no available trailer. We have to drive 50 miles for pick up.

Liza CBloomfield auto is the only place I would run a U-Haul from so far I've been out in Lake Geneva here for a little over a year 6 times I've rented from them 6 times I've been very satisfied L the owner is a great man and that's the only place I would ever run from as far as a U-Haul truck trailer or anything cuz I moved to Lake Geneva

Kathleen RMy overall experience with U-Haul was terrible not the location as much. I made a reservation for a pick up in Wheaton IL for 20’ Truck. Two days before my pick up i get a call stating that, the location i chose had no more trucks. The customer service rep told me that she found me another location not to far from where i wanted to pick up before. They stated would credit 120 miles to my reservation, which i felt they should’ve done anyway for the inconvenience of switching locations. Fast forward, day of move. I get to the location it’s a hour and 45mins away from where i was supposed to pick up my first reservation before changes! The rep never told me that!!!!!!!!! It took me a hour 45 to get to the location and hour 45 to be to my home!!!! I’m just out done and very mad for the huge inconvenience to me! I paid movers by the hour and they were sitting for 3 hours waiting on me due to U-Haul and i had to pay the additional 3hours to them.
LOUNAEHA YNot happy with U-Haul, had to travel an extra 20 miles to get the truck, short notice and would have canceled if I didn’t have labor set up. I had to pay extra milage because of the poorly handled situation, you had ample time to get a truck to the location I selected

Derek WAl the owner and Bob the mechanic who help attach and detach the trailer were both very helpful, efficient and courteous. I will use them again when needed.
Ronald GThe pick up and drop off locations were fine and I really appreciated the communication from the Bloomfield Tire and Auto employee. The miscommunication between 3 Uhaul employees I spoke to the evening before pick up and over an hour wait time with Uhaul costumer service on the phone was the issue, but I do not see a place to rate that. I was on hold for most of the time, passed through to 3 different people. The first representative was very kind and helpful and passed me through to customer service, who then passed me on to scheduling coordinator, who was quite short with me and I was disappointed to have spent an hour on the phone for that.
