I received emails about this rental even though I never reserved the rental and don't even live in the same state as the rental location. I would suggest that you get your system looked at because I don't appreciate receiving emails for something I didn't use.

Picked up a replacement vehicle from the location after the 1st one I picked up was unsafe to drive. Only had an older high-mileage truck used for local moves, but was well maintained and the location gave me a free once-over (fluid checks, etc.) before driving with it. Was able to load this one up and make it to my destination without a hitch.

Have someone on the premises to acknowledge that the trailer was returned. No one in the office, except the cleaning person that said the business was closed.

Truck pickup location was changed even though I reserved a truck from a certain location in advance. Inconvient. Drop off location was in another town. And was told I'd have to pay 20 dollars if they were closed.

Online pick up in the dark is beyond challenging. It being dark out yet and trying to take required (approved) pictures is quite the challenge. I highly recommend improving on that. Took me over half an hour. Slower than dealing with in person pick up.....more than disappointing!
