Educate the customer since location is closed on Sunday's that you need to go to uhaul.com to check in and complete rental. I did not get any instructions prior to my reservation. I had to call customer service on how to get my truck. It took an additional 30min just to figure out how to get truck and keys.Ronnie C.

The only problems I had were booking for 7:30 at a place that opens 9 AM, and there not bring enough vehicles for all the reservations. The employees however were very professional and did everything they could to assist me, and got me the truck I needed. It was very reassuring.THOMAS M.

I was charged a $54 mileage fee when I did not go over the miles. Also charged a $20 after hour delivery fee when no one has been at the facility for days and Uhaul called me to verify if I had returned the truck or not. Apparently the only person working at the location was out sick.LEVI S.

Arrived to pick up the equipment building was unlocked nobody was there. Went to return the equipment building was open nobody was there.Brian W.
Explained what I needed the trailer for and wasted 45 because I didn't get to use it and was told yeah didn't think it would work and was told but I still have to charge you which I was confused if you knew it wouldn't why not tell me or guide me to alternative so wasted time and money. The trailer was clean and ready for use. However, when drivng at freeway speeds there was a bad vibration. I pulled over and looked at the tires thinking they were coming apart, they were older but in decent condition. So most likely the tires just need to be balanced.Mathew F.
It took over an hour to get my reservation situated at pick up and get my truck and trailer. The truck was filthy on the inside of the cab and the back. It took me an hour just to get it acceptable to drive and load my items. I am terribly upset and dissatisfied. It seems every time I use your company, I have issues! I told this to the return location and the young man apologized but made no effort to try and make concessions for the trouble. It cost me an extra $150 in labor for my movers because of Uphauls mistakes. I want to be compensated for your mistakes that cost me almost as much as the rental itself, again because of your company's inability to make good on its reservations. I would like a manager or someone to contact me and make this right. We had an arrangement, and you didn't hold up your end. I deserve a refund! Please have someone contact me to make this right.Cory M.
It was difficult to find the entrance to this site. We are guessing it's because of the nearby construction. There was poor signage...we could see the trucks but hard to get there. Had to call for directions in. Once we got there, everything was great. Polite, helpful staff, equipment available as promised.GARY U.

The worker, Mike, was very nice. However, I did not know how to judge how much gas I needed to put in. It says to check the brochure, but I could not find the directions. I would suggest asking the worker before you leave.LINDA F.

A trailer and truck was dropped off per the contract and the rep failed to check in the trailer. We later received an email 5-6 hours later that we were to drop off the truck at a different location. The communication and customer service is poor at the authorized dealer locations and also at the call centers. While trying to resolve this issue, a manager by the name of Samantha (she would not confirm her name), hung up the phone intentionally on me while I was trying to verify her information after stating that there was no other person I could speak to with uhaul except for her. This too has been reported. This type of behavior towards customers is unacceptable and going forward I will not be using uhaul services unless the authorized retail location employees and customer service reps have a better understanding of customer service.Shane C.

Uhaul has poor customer service from the reps to the managers. I was hung up on by someone possibly named Samantha when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She tells me that there is noone past her. When I ask for her name for reference, she hung up the phone in my face. The issue is unresolved. The employee at Black Rock Gardens took the uhaul and trailer not indicating that the drop off location had changed. The last receipt I have is stating that the location for drop off was 38100 n. Gantzel road 85140. Someone updated the system and enter a completely different address.Shane C.

I asked to have an appliance dolly in the truck before I picked it up and when I got there they had given me a utility dolly and since it was on a Sunday, they were closed so I could not request them to switch it. Then, when doing mobile checkout, I was charged for a utility dolly and an appliance dolly. I think they need to pay a little more attention to the supplies that they are giving compared to what was requested and make sure the customer is not being charged for items they did not receive.Kacie J.

The lot is full of mud from a rain storm. No pavement. Left with a half tank of gas, drove 17 miles and charged $11.25 for gas when I literally used 1/16 of fuel. Complete rip off.Ralph P.
The employee at this location was friendly and helpful. Unhooking the trailer was fast and easy. Overall the location was very good. My issue was that there were Uhaul locations closer to my home and would have been more convenient, but were not offered as an option to return the trailer to. Also, the location I had to return to was not open late on Saturday, or at all on Sunday. I only needed the trailer for Friday and Saturday, but had it for an additional 36-48 hours, which I am sure I paid for. Because of this experience, I will be looking to another rental company the next time I move or need to rent equipment.Michael T.

Things are going to go wrong at some point, it's how the people involved deal with the issues that make the difference. I found the on line process to be a major pain (site would not let me log in). The tread came off one of the rear tires and â€œroadside assistanceâ€ had me on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up and just drove back to U-haul. But the lady at the office did everything in her power to make it right for me.David B.
