From the start of paying, until I brought the truck back, everything went smooth, customer service was great and as a Pastor in this local area, I recommend this place to anyone in Inman, South Carolina. -Daniel

He wanted to give us a credit because we brought the truck back having not gone over our mileage and with a full tank of gas. I'd say he would be the saving grace for Uhaul if he was an actual Uhaul employee, but he's only a vendor. This guy was fantastic, in all the ways the rep at the Wake Forest NC location should have been.

CHRISTINA M.Since U-Haul charges for mileage, I reserved a truck at the location nearest to me. When the truck was not available at that location, U-Haul changed the pickup location to a place 6 miles farther each way. Oh, this was done the DAY of my pickup so it's not like I could cancel because all plans were put in place for that day. I should not have been responsible to pay $12 extra just to get the truck to my starting location. The miles between my original pickup location and the rescheduled pickup location should have been waived or the amount not charged. I understand truck availability is a challenge, but the expense should not be passed on to the customer.

Bobby A.I had called several other locations in town to rent a 15 ft truck. Not only did they not have a 15 ft because they only carried the 20 or 26 but they were also rude. I was on hold for 30 min with one, then the recording came back on and told me I now had a 50 min wait on top of the 30 min it had already told me. Really? I had used UHaul in Inman 3 yrs earlier but now they were across town and not as convenient. So we went back to Mike in Inman. So glad we did. He not only had the 15 ft but is always friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time with these other locations. Mike wins!!
