Best place to rent from near me. I won't go anywhere else. Very friendly and will answer any questions you have. Also take the time to explain everything to you. Nothing but good things from this place.

Chris HOpen limited hours on Saturday. Rushed to get rental returned during operating hours and when I arrived there was a sign in the door stating they would return shortly. And this was less than 30 minutes before closing time. This location does not appear to be adequately staffed. Very disappointing.

Joe SI'd ask that you follow your word. I adjusted my move multiple times to accommodate this branch, and then was still hit with additional charges for mileage that was supposed to be comped due to the adjustments we made.

Rory aClear communication. I was told I could pick the uhaul up early and drop off at the original time. Ended up being charged for two days. I would’ve liked that communicated because I wouldn’t have rushed to unpack my uhaul if I was charged for two days anyways.

Joseph DPerson checking in the vehicle immediately told me I was good to go and then I get a receipt that says I'm charged 8 gallons ($33) for extra gas - it's a terrible policy to tell me to bring back a tank at 5/8 - but if the person would've said something, I would've drove down the road and put 2 gallons in for a lot less. UHAUL's gas policy is bad - do what most do - it's full when I get and I bring it back full

David SI have rented several trucks from this location and was never dissatisfied until this most recent rental. The truck interior was caked in liquid salt on the drivers side, and the passenger side was covered in a sheet of snow and ice inside the cab. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke when the heat was turned on, and the three cabin air fresheners hanging about did little to mask the smell. Further damage from smoking was evident in the multiple burns throughout the cabin interior. Though I will likely rent from this location again given their overall performance, I will be sure to not accept a truck in such a state in the future.
Devon RI picked up the trailer... tongue super heavy..the office girl and I could barely lift it...then when I went to drop off.. during business hours no one there to help off truck...I did so bring a jack along...thank god
ROMAN Kthe 24/7 program is poorly designed and not well instructed on the web-site. I worked with three agents over the course of almost 2 hours to complete the process. I lost some of my help as a result and caused much stress to remaining people who assisted me that evening.
Kathryn HI rented a car towing dolly. The owners inspected by vehicle setup and installed the dolly in short order. They explained how to load the vehicle to be towed and also sent a link to an excellent video on car towing dollies. The towing dolly worked great and was easy to use. I would recommend the Sheboygan Falls U-Haul rental center and plan to use them in the future.
TERRANCE RNext time it would be wise to make sure the wheel straps weren’t frozen. Made tighting the Rachet straps hard and would get loose over time. Given that it is the winter season but it could’ve been prevented to avoid possible damage to both customer and U-Haul property.
Kenji XThe trailer was clean and seemed well maintained, but it leaked. We drove through some heavy rain, and some of our boxes got wet. Especially at the back.
