local uhaul charged us $30 more than we were quoted, tried to tell us the amount would come off when we returned rental, it did not. when we returned trailer to scheduled drop off destination, we were told that the reservation reflected we were to drop off in Cleveland Texas, we were not and had our receipt showing drop off was in Arlington texas, it took over an hour to fix, this mistake was made when trailer was checked out to us by the renting store in "Cleveland" Oklahoma. we would like to be refunded the overage we were charged, I have the initial email for the quoted amount, no one at billy b's could tell us why there was a difference of charges from what we booked. the trailer bed was filthy and left a black residual on everything that was on the bottom. we weren't aware of this until we unloaded. overall terrible experience and communication. the drop off location was great, very patient in fixing the mistake that was made and very helpful.
