Thoroughly checking vehicle before renting! Air vents were not working. I was inconvenienced by having to wait several hours for them to repair a dry rot hose

Stephen RWhere rented the truck the owner bill trying to charge me for insurance on the truck when I told him I didn't want I and he charge me 7 dollars for gas when I already had put in 10 doolar in gas
Ricardo GThe location was not necessarily the issue. I was scheduled to pick-up at a different location, spent 2 hours on the phone with U-haul, just to get sent to Bills. Once at Bills, I continued to experience complications using the app for pick-up and Bills was not yet open for assistance. Overall, after my experience, I will not be using U-haul again and therefore wouldn't recommend any U-haul location to friends.
Caroline BFix this glitch in the app: I entered my address, forgot to specify which country Reading Pennsylvania is in, and hit an impasse. with no way back to the previous screen. I have an up-to-date Android phone. Staff at the location had to check me in, which they did courteously and quickly.
James EI was just asked to drop off the truck in the middle of the lot. I did not go inside the office. There was a bathroom available for those who rode with me to use. The gas gauge was on the same level as I put in $30 to refill the gas gauge as it was when I picked it up. Could the trucks be rented with a FULL TANK of gas so, the renter does not have to worry about running out of gas on the trip. ALSO, this way when the renter fills up the tank it is always FULL. This would benefit reading the gauge since it is not a good view on the gauge with the red needle. I had to contact the headquarters to refund the money charged that should not have been charged. So, that was appreciated that Gina was able to assist me with the information I shared with her. Thank you, Linda Chesney

Ryan SI never received a call 24 hrs prior to me picking up the truck, I drove 3hrs to get it and 30 minutes from the first location, the location was changed and I paid for a two wheel dolly and didn't get one. Plus there were barely any brakes on the truck, which I reported to the location when I dropped it off.

Lori R1st of all I had to wait for my keys cause they were locked in a lock Box and there was no way of getting that lock Box combination from you guys on your website so he had a waste about an hour of my time. And I have to admit your prices are Ridiculously high turn out to be $84 to rent 17' box truck
Daniel DI was at this location at my scheduled time. Lot extremely small, cluttered and dirty. Office was worse. Then they couldn't find the truck keys. Thankfully the gentleman that waited on me was courteous and helpful. I will not be using this location again.

rasmanii nComputer didn't register Mobile pick up so had to wait till next day to go inside. People at Bill's were nice but they don't keep to their posted hours. Uhaul rep implied we'd get a discount for mix up on the pick up, but didn't receive it. Truck was great.

BETTY LThis location put the wrong information for the gas returned, in less than a month a returned 2 trucks tro this location and charged me 60 dollar each time for gas.
JESREEL AMy complaint is w/UHaul, not this location. UHaul will make a reservation, no matter your preferred pick-up location, but then the day before changing the location! In my case to 30 miles away. Resulting in a 60 mile X $1/19 per mile added to the reservation by UHaul at no fault of the customer. Since it was the day before, Uhalu kind of has you by the hair, w/no choice. Which seems illegal close to bait and switch. This wasn't the first time it happened to me. And I've since found out this is a regular practice by UHaul and has been doing this for YEARS. You then spend HOURS on the phone being transferred over and over again trying to get a resolution. They really need to fix this situation, but won't because Uhaul is the one that makes the $$, and tough beans to you the consumer.
