The van was clearly dirty with sunflower seed shells and other trash in the front, but the service was fast in and out.

The truck was a little too bouncy. I think new struts or shocks would make for a better ride. Also, the truck had an unpleasant odor.

This is the absolutely worst Uhaul experience ever. Not only is the place completely trashed and utilized as filthy embroidery shop...no workers were wearing masks. The truck was filthy...and the AC was broken. I am so disappointed! I looked forward to the great customer service experience that I normally get at your surrounding location, but instead, it was a complete let down. Bigger sign on side of roadâ€"we almost drove right by it. There's only a very small U-haul sign in the store window that we didn't see until we already pulled in. In addition, there's a huge bldg right beside it that had a fire of some sort and it's a huge eye sore. We didn't need to go inside as we did everything by mobile (which is a very nice convenience!)
