Disappointed in a last minute switch of locations that I wouldn't have known about except that I called the original location where I was to pick up the truck only to be told it was somewhere else. Very tough time getting a credit for the extra miles and time I needed to invest. Big Tool Box was excellent once I got there.

The use of the app was confusing and did nothing to improve the safety of the experience. Based on trash in the door, it was clear that the vehicle had not been cleaned since the prior user. For both check in and drop off, I used the app but then still had to go in to the store to pick up and drop off the key, meaning it did nothing to limit person to person interaction.

The people running the u-haul rental desk I don't believe were trained well or trained at all, every question I had seemed to be a mystery to them. Also when I made the reservation I was quoted $49.95, when I showed up to p/u the rental they said it was $79.95, they said rates can change from time to time, really? When I dropped it off at approx. 3:28 pm on Sunday the guy said I won't charge you for the extra day since you were a 1/2 late dropping it off, I said this is a 24 hour rental correct, and he said yes. I said look at your paper work as I picked up the truck at 4:41 pm on Saturday. Do these people not know what a 24 hours period or rental is? This was my first time renting a u haul from this place and it will be the last.

I was checking in through the app, and it was not great. The app gave me a map to find thr truck with not amazing location information. I assumed the gps location was exact, but it was not. I had to wander around the lot searching all of the trucks looking for the one with the ID on the side. I went through the prompts and missed the instructions to get the keys. I had to go inside which is across the street from the trucks. Once I obtained the keys, the app then asked me to attach a photo. I attempted multiple times and eventually it told me I needed to speak with someone to get a new link. By this time I was over 20 min of my expected pick up time. The people inside were wonderful though.

The employee did not validate the condition of the truck. It was not clean (stains and a horrid smell of smoke, weed was present in the cup holder) and the tank was supposed to be at 5/8 full and was below that mark when I took possession.

I can understand that uhaul often is embedded in other stores like hardware stores. I found the small sign and parked to walk into the store and see what to do next. I was directed elsewhere (behind the store) where I parked, walked in, and talked to someone else who then directed me where to park the trailer in a nice open lot. Everyone was friendly. I wish there was either a bigger sign or better directions as to where to drive the rental instead of getting out of the vehicle a couple of times.

You guys flat out ripped me off. You charged me 200 dollars for a 39 dollar rental. You hit my card twice and charged me way more than what I was quoted for milage. You lied to me about the truck being full because when I got in it it was at 3/4 tank and even though i filled it up and honored my part of the bargain you then, just stuck me with the bill. I returned the truck the next day and within my time limit and you charge and you charged my card 7 times the quoted and advertised price.. sayin there was just nothing you could do. Bs. You can't just lie to people and rip people off and tell them after the fact that they just have to live with the way you screw them over just because they show hood faith and give you a credit card before hand Bad business. I will be contacting my bank and then my attorney. Follow up on this or i swear by Jesus i will C u in court. 7203317044 my. Incompetence. I reserved at County Line location more than a month in advance and received a confirmation that “guaranteed” truck would be available at 7 am on my moving day. I even went by there a week before my move to confirm everything was scheduled correctly. BUT, on moving day, a friend dropped me off and after waiting in line the woman checking me in said there was no truck available and acted like it was my problem. Then she checked the computer and told me there was a truck available at another location so I had to call for someone to pick me up, but then discovered that the Holly location did not open until 8 so left and waited at coffee shop. Holly location was wonderful and quick. The County line location gets a big fat “F”. The movers I had scheduled to load the truck waited an hour for me and I had to pay for that extra hour.

I used online check in, but the team there still had to manually do the check in process. Still using carbon copies which I think went out in the 80's. Team was great, just a very slow process.

Greetings, I will never use UHaul, again. Uhaul permitted another customer to rent a truck twice using my personal information for a total of $1503.84. Today, I received another contract via email where the other customer's name is still associated with my personal information. UHaul has yet to remove this person's name from association with my personal information. Today, when I called customer service, Anna was very rude and talked over me. Share failed to listen to my concern of this other person's name associated with my information. She said that I was raising my voice, which is true. I raised my voice to talk over her as she repeatedly interrupted me during the conversation. She hung up on me. I hope that this is my final request to have Megan Thompson removed from association with personal information. Please review the recorded conversation between us for education.

The drop box for the location would have been impossible to find if not for the employee pointing it out on his way out of the parking lot. It's an orange box but it's the size of a letter and there are trees and other things on the fence near the box making it hard to spot. The man that checked me out in the morning was great. Answered all my questions and made it easy to do.

This location was OK. The original location in Highlands Ranch, CO, was horrible: They had completely messed up my reservation (the trailer I had rented was not there and I had to drive to another location), the representative behind the counter did not wear a mask and was rather indifferent, and there was no social distancing. Completely unacceptable, I will never rent from U-Haul again.

The young man who was helping me was curt. When I asked him about the pricing for leaving the truck at another location he did not want to or know how to save my reservation and open another window to check. The interior of the truck was filthy.

To whom it may concern l, I did not have any issues with the location. My issue is with the U-Haul app it's self. My pick up location was changed with no warning and I had to drive 10 miles further from where I originally placed the pick up. This is very sneaky on the companies behalf because I had to pay for those extra miles. I will not be renting through U-Haul app again.
