The place I picked the U-Haul up was great. I had big issues with the app trying to do mobile pick up, it crashed over and over again. This has nothing to do with the facility, but I think U-Haul needs to fix this issue. Mobile pick up took over an hour before I could go get the keys because of how bad the app was.

when i first check out the car i found the fuel is low close to 3/4. i told the attendant who told me deal with the return person. when i fuel it up in the next day it cost me $18.5 when i only driven 18 Mile. the attendant said he would see what he would do. but after the process he said he can do nothing, it is my fault to fill it up. in my past experience it would cost me around $10 for the fueling for such distance.

The man at Big Tool Box that checked in the UHaul trailer I rented was awesome, made the process quick and easy. Big Tool Box rocks! I had called the 1-800 number, UHaul customer service, after hours on Monday night and was not happy with them at all. I hung up, called again to talk to a different person, they were not helpful either.

The person that rented the vehicle to me was very knowledgeable and really good, however, the cost was 25% more than what is actually advertised by the time you get done with taxes and other expenses. I paid 40.00 for a 29.95 rental that lasted 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. This seemed high.

Convenient location, BUT the blankets I reserved were not available, and the dolly I rented was not put in the truck. The agent texted me to let me know he forgot but I was already in the location and was not willing to go back -- for what? Keep the movers idle while I retrieve it and also pay for additional mileage for their mistake? No thank you. BAD SERVICE.

Since I dropped off 3 days early and someone else was going to use the trailer the next day uhaul should offer customers a rebate on the rental cost. I shouldn’t be forced to pay a five day rental rate on a long distance move if I don’t need all 5 days. Mpls to Denver only took 2 days.

The location was convenient and customer service for check-out was ok but the truck windshield was dirty and hard to see through and we couldn't clean it with the wipers because the spray was weak (or running low?) and the wiper blades were ripped. The truck only had 3/8ths of a tank of gas when we got it and the info sheet they gave us to help figure out how much to refill it back to that point had an incorrect tank size by double (they said it was a 40 gallon tank but it was actually 20), so we ended up completely over-shooting and paying for a full tank instead when we were trying to get it to half. They were aware we overfilled when we returned it and we mentioned the reason but they did not offer a credit for that despite the obvious error on their side about the tank size. I will be following up with a manager to request a credit of some level to reconcile the difference because I did not feel the person checking us out was able to address that issue.

Truck was clean and ran well. I thought the process of picking it up and returning was simple.

Improve the quality and age of your trucks. The air only blew from floor and dash, shocks were wore out, exhaust leak in cab, door warped and air being sucked out of cab, truck was dirty and only one windshield wiped not working. I had to drive 1200, it was not enjoyable for ONE MINUTE.

You should service the trucks. Check them out before you rent. Air conditioner did not work. Imagine driving from Denver to Phoenix without a/c.

I don't understand why rental vehicles don't have snow brushes and/or ice scrapers in cold weather climates. Also, I can get blankets, boxes, dolly's but I can't rent tie-down straps? The website location algorithm needs serious help. When trying to locate a vehicle, the closest listed places were miles away when what we really needed was just down the street.

If the location had a way to move trailers themselves it would have saved us backing the the trailer into a spot in their lot when returning it. However, the staff was very helpful in guiding backing up.

Everything was great for me except it took me over 40 minutes to pick up my uhal using my phone . I did everything I needed to this week to speed up the process on my end including sending a picture of my ID and paying in advance. I used my phone and my roommates phone but the server was extremely slow. I recommend getting a guest WiFi passcode for people to access while picking up and dropping off using our phones . That was extremely frustrating start to my experience but once everything started working faster it was fine.Thank you !

The employee that gave me the truck gave me no instructions. He walked me to the truck said "here it is" and have me the key. In the past i was shown around and told to take photos and was told overall what to do. I had no idea about your newer method of return online with photos so i couldn't send photos cause i had already returned the key and i was charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee as a result that wasn't needed cause i kept it very clean. Not to mention my truck had three dollys and mountains of moving mats i didnt order. That truck had at least 30 mats im not kidding and it was a huge pain to deal with. Over all i think if the employee had cared about his job this wouldn't of happened. Im never one to complain ever but this was pretty bad.

Location is located back off the street and did not have very good (or any) signage that we could see. We had the address and had to drive back a long driveway and finally saw some trailers. That wasn't the answer, however. We finally saw a U-haul sign (small) on the back of a building across the street from the trailers.
