I filled the tank to nearly 1/2 tank (by accident). I only needed to fill the tank to 3/8 full and when I get get my receipt this morning it says $24 fuel charge for 4 gallons. Either the gauge is wrong which is an issue, or I got $24 taken for no reason, either way those are both issues!

This spot saved me. I had reservation for 830 but my truck was not there. I had to call a friend to get me to this location. I suggest next time you aware that a reservation would not be available you notify the customer as soon as possible to make other plans ahead of time vs on the spot. It cost me valuable time in the morning. But this spot saved me.

The truck was clean. However, there was a very loud banging sound coming from the roof of the cab when you start driving over 40 mph. I had to wear my noise canceling headphones when I drove on the freeway to dampen the noise.

Not an easy area to get a truck and trailer into. Staff was very friendly, but asked if I would put the truck and trailer where they wanted it while normal daily traffic came and left the convenience store parking lot.

I was charged a gas fee when it was brought back on the same level it was checked out as, 3/4 tank. Called Big Market & was told had to call U-haul on matter for refund. Will be doing that tomorrow. Big Market should have had the authority to correct the matter. The milage gas was broken so that was where the delay in billing occurred. I might not have agreed if I knew would be charged $89 for 100 miles. Was dropping off donations in addition to moving items & two locations where closed when arrived. I do want the $19+ charged for gas refunded. Didn't expect to have to put $37 with back into it to get back to the 3/4 it was checked out on.

The Uhaul vehicle was not cleaned but the service provided was my best Uhaul experience of the 5 times I've rented a vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to a friend just based on how easy the service workers made the experience. They were very flexible with my schedule due to personal reasons I had to move my pick up time back twice and they had no issue.

Rental was dirty and was not maintained. The check engine light was on the TMS light was on. The gas tank has a hole in it and can only be filled to 1/2 tank. Gas will spill out if you attempt to fill up

The vehicle I rented had the check light engine on the moment I turned on truck. I was only traveling less than 30 miles round trip and only needed truck for a few hours so it wasn't a big deal to me but I could see how it could potentially be an issue for someone traveling long distance. Truck worked fine w/no issues.

My 26 foot Uhaul was newer with only 29,000 miles. I was so happy to have cruise control. We drove 2000 miles from Commiefornia. So happy to be in Indiana where communism doesn't exist.

I rented a dolly and did not receive one. The truck was left with another persons trash in it. The truck had hardly any gas in it and when we went to add more, the gas poured straight into the ground! The truck was missing a gas hose to the tank! The truck was very unstable and needed serious servicing.

I made a reservation for 2 days not knowing if I was going to be able to return within 24 hours. I managed to make it happen and dropped it off at the location within the time frame. I mentioned this to the clerk and he said no problem. Come to find out he didn't check it in until the following morning still charging me for the 2nd day rental. This is dishonest and I paid for a service I didn't get. Feel free to contact me to credit my account.

Again, the day before my drop off, the location was changed from a mile from my original to 9 miles away. I was told change was made to avoid a “fine”. And other location was not to far away. Why am I even picking pick up and drop off locations when they keep getting changed last minute? So frustrated with this experience. And if moving to a farther location was needed, what if it put me over the miles, would I get charged? These questions were not clearly answered, and over all the conversation with representative was more like “too bad”.

Overcharging for very minimal difference in fuel amonut. They charged me 64 dollars only for at most $5 gas difference. No customer service at the location. They just have your credit card information and charge for their desired amount and email it later. When I called, they told me you did not put gas at all while I did, if this is not insulting the customer what is so?!? I am not a new Uhaul customer, and I am aware of the contract rules but the location in Saipane drive in Spring Valley is the worst location from the customer service aspect and fairness in charging.
