Seven HWhen I made this reservation online, I was allowed to pick a different drop off location much closer to where we were moving. However, when we were signing documents during the pickup at Big Sky Auto, we were informed that the truck COULD NOT be dropped off at a separate location down the valley in Stevensville. This definitely cut in to our plans and timeframe for the day. Location was very difficult to find due to Google refusing to update their location; Google sent us to the middle of the highway on the other side of town. Then had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. The gentleman who owns the place was nice. The online process seemed a bit redundant - not to mention incorrect - since so much still had to be done in person. Took awhile in office to complete everything and get on the road. Just an odd/unexpected situation overall, not good communication between U-Haul and this location it seems which lead to poor communication with us.

GARY CEverything was easy and the guy’s at the location were fantastic. My only complaint is that I had the trailer for 2 days and a couple hours. I was charged for 3 full days. I would appreciate seeing an hourly rate for rentals after more than one or two full days. But otherwise equipment, personnel, and ordering online was great.

James MTruck did have an exhaust leak and there were BARELY any trucks available in Montana. I had to go to 3 different places in Victor, Stevensville and Lolo to find one.

terry zI originally rented a trailer in Stevensville but it never came back in time for me to use. The U haul representatives were not very helpful in providing me adequate replacement for my reservation. They said they had no control over when the trailer I reserved would come back in. We ended up having to drive an additional 110min to pick up another trailer at another location and postpone my move for one day. Therefore I am not very pleased with the U Haul service in the Bitterroot Valley. However, Big Sky Auto in Lolo who eventually rented us the trailer were very nice and professional.

Thomas RAs I was completing the contract in Wyoming, I received a phone call from this drop off location to help familiarize me with the area. Fortunately, we knew the area, this location had been preplanned, was easily accessible and open on Saturday if need be. No issues with dropping the truck of a day early to this location. Helpful staff in a relaxed environment. Thank you.
Tony CBe a little more flexible on where you can drop off a trailer or truck. Having to drive 40 minutes out of my way to drop off a piece of equipment is a shitty way to do business, when we have locations five minutes from our house. Also, where is the customer loyalty? I have spent over 6 thousand dollars over the last few years on rentals and no one at uhaul gives a shit.
