Mrs. Lamb was a real champ. She answered my phone call at 645 in the morning, walked over and helped us out when we couldn’t get the mobile check in to work. She’s the best and helped make our move go smoothly

Being from a very rural area, U-Haul locations are far apart and thin. This particular location was definitely of note for being gracious, helpful, cheerful, and efficient. And when we ran into trouble, they were eager to jump in and solve all our issues immediately by hand. Highly recommended! 5/5 would definitely do business with them again!

The trailer was "very used" and had several issues. the trailer was very dirty, had tires of unmatched size, an out of balance tire, a bent left front fender support and a temporarily repaired light chord. It was the only car hauler that I could find in the Martin, TN area. The good news: It did transport my vehicle from Martin \, TN to Shepherdstown, WV with no breakdowns. Question: Why did you charge me 4 days use for a two day use?

I was very disappointed when I arrived a JJ's market to find out that they did not have the truck that they said would be there. I drove 3 hours to pick it up at 8 am to move my daughter. Instead I had to drive 11 miles away to get one. Great experience there! However, I was charged by the mile which seems unfair when I had to drive 11 there and back just to get a rental. When there were many trucks on the lot at jj in martin tn and he acted like he hadnt even talked to me, i did have the reservation 2 days before on a text.

You can refund the money that a person pays on the mileage and don't even use I rented the truck picked it up and it sat in my yard for 2 days I was unable to move things fell through and when I return the U-Haul less than a mile down the road nobody ever contacted me back on the in town mileage that I purchased that was supposed to be refunded was not

Company I picked the uhaul up from put a few extra miles on the truck to make sure it was driving right which made me go over the 57 miles and I was charged for it not to happy about that

I had reserved a car hauler the weekend before at a different location and when I got at my pick up site they had already rented it so the following weekend I rented from the Dresden site an when I reserved it they had it ready for me as promised
