Doing this online wasn't good. We spent 40 mins trying to pick it up with all the prompts trying to get the lock open. Also had to wait for it to get approved absolutely would never book this online again
Jessica GThe guy at Big Lenny's was very nice, but not organized. My pick up time was 2:00 pm and when I arrived he was not there and the door was locked. Once he returned it took him until 2:45pm to get me out the door with my truck.

JEFFREY FI picked the haul up and it was dirty with food and candy trash in it. It was on empty and the man who worked there said "I would have turned the truck in with air to cool it off for you, but it doesn't have enough gas in it. You will want to stop close y to get gas, it is in E" he was not joking the truck barely made it to the gas station. The truck was old, it had damage on the upper corner of the attic space and the front end alignment was really off, making it difficult to keep in center of the road. The steering wheel had to be held at a ten o'clock position to steer straight.

Taylor BReceived a call at 10:00 that store was closing early at twelve. Pickup had been scheduled at 2:00. This was a work day. Had to take extra time off. Also, the 5/8 enclosed trailer door should allow loading a queen bed.

Randal WAlthough easy to find, nobody was there, I just did the electronic drop off and parked the truck. I did receive a confirmation email. Not the best drop off process, I wouldn't recommend this facility for a drop off if you have questions or concerns. Not very attentive.

Annette HI rented a 20 foot truck and only received a 15 foot. I did not realize until it was half loaded and realized not all of my things would fit. I was not unloading the truck just to load it into another when I had a very long move ahead of me I did not have the time for that. I had to pick and choose what I could take with me based off of how much room I had in the uhaul. I would like a refund for the difference in a 15 and 20 Foot truck

Billy JI am sorry and disheartened to report that once again I rented a u-haul, on Thursday December 7th, 2023 and was not supplied with the equipment which I requested and paid for in advance. Neither the utility Dolly nor the furniture pads were included. Once again I kindly request a refund and consideration of the repeated inconvenience and poor customer service I have experienced as a loyal, and frequent U-Haul customer. I was able to overlook and forgive the first incident, but I am now frustrated and feeling like my business does not matter to u-haul. Being without these items made my time sensitive move extremely difficult and extremely frustrating. Please see to my refund and address this situation asap. Thank you. Kind Regards, John J.Muisr
JOHN MThey gave me a dirty truck that had sunflower seed shells and debris in the floorboard, then turned around and CHARGED ME EXTRA for fuel when I'd already replenished it!! Definitely shady, but I'm waiting to see now what customer service is gonna do about my dispute. I will keep y'all updated.
