Have someone there that knows what they are doing. Have other equipment in truck that we also rented not happy at all with this rental

Didn't know his job

Mason WThe location is okay, it's a small liquor store and it's close to our final destination. The person was nice and helpful, however it turned out he didn't log the truck at the time we returned it and instead waited until later in the afternoon, so we were charged extra day by U-Haul. Fortunately, after talking to customer service rep, this was straightened up.
Kalsum ACounter guy was useless. Didn’t know how to work the U-Haul ipad. Seemed annoyed that he had to do it. He gave up and handed me the phone and I completed the transaction with the person on the phone.
Paul BI am unsure if I'm responding about the correct place because the first place we stopped at on Big Hollow Road was a liquor store and the employee working there was unable to help or even communicate very well due to the language barrier. After 45 minutes I left and found another U-Haul place a few miles away which was an exceptional Uhaul place. I literally had to call back to Tulsa Oklahoma and speak with Chris at the U-Haul place that I rented it from and Chris was able to help me over 500 miles away where the man at the liquor store was completely unhelpful
