I reserved and scheduled pick up near my home but the day before pick up I was informed I would have to pick up at a facility 12 miles away. You need to insure customer pick up is where THEY request

Computer issues. These were not.the fault of the owner but it did slow things down.

Jill was very nice and helped get us ready for our move. She's very polite. When she had a chance (she was helping another customer) she very nicely told us she'd be right with us. I would definitely recommend this location.

Remember to turn on your location service with your phone for the easier and faster return drop off. U-Haul has a good system for renting - from website to customer service at the pick up locations. If you call the customer service phone number, be ready to possible be on hold for 15-30 minutes before you actually talk with someone.

The Passenger side mirror was cracked when I picked it up. This was not noted on the initial inspection sheet. Also I was charged an extra day of use.
