It would be helpful having the equipment available within the city it was ordered weeks in advance. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick this up and drive it back to load it and was delayed another hour once on location...

I was promised a trailer in Torrington, WY., but when I got there - no trailer. The people at dispatch could not have cared less. Not our problem was their attitude. I had to get on the phone and found a trailer in Douglas, 2 hrs away. The staff in Douglas was fabulous and c as me back after hours to hook me up. Yeah Cinnamon - thanks so much. Do not expect U-Haul corporate to care a bit if you have no trailer and the movers are coming in the morning.

Cinnamon didn't seem to understand if it's not for customers she wouldn't have a job. Not impressed with her completely disregarding what we had informed her of. As well when you take a picture of anything on your cell phone it's imprinted into the phone. The truck was given to us filthy, no one could do a walk around with us, adjust mirrors or to validate anything to do with the Uhaul rental. Then having to listen to a child cry the entire time we are doing the pick up process. As well we had to go to another location to pick up the auto transporter to go with the 26' foot truck. This was a complete wreck from the start to finish. Constant phone calls back and forth to Uhaul. Storm in Casper was amazing. He is what customer service is about. He went above and beyond when we picked up the auto transporter. Since we had to drive a extra 114 miles to pick that up separate in the middle of the move and loading the truck. Which we were not impressed with. Uhaul you made your customer do you job!! We should not have had to pick it up . it should have been with the truck when we picked it up. We have to move our belongings one more time from storage once we buy a new home and we will be considering our options very carefully this time. Nicole at Iron Horse Towing in missoula Montana was amazing as well. Uhaul tried to charge at the end saying we were late and other due to their system was messed up. Sorry but fix your computer system and don't anger your customer by saying to them everytime they call in Our system is a mess which I heard everytime I had to call in. We had enough to deal with moving back home 800 miles our of state. As far as I'm concerned Uhaul made $1,300.00 and spit in our face!! Someday you will suffer a great business failure due to how you treat your customers.

A dolly in the storage compartment of the larger vehicles would be nice and work on reducing costs per mile if at all possible. The agent that helped me, Cinamon, was amazingly helpful and I would make it a point to work with her again if I was in need of storage or moving services in the future.

Please make sure you properly inspect the vehicle and trailer to ensure it is properly serviced and cleaned. When I got the first truck it had low air tire pressure, a warning light, and the tires were not the correct tires for the truck. It also didn't have a full tank of gas, and it was dirty inside. I don't know the last time it was maintained or serviced, and I got stuck in the snow twice. I returned it and exchanged it for a trailer instead. Cinnamon, the lady who worked there was very helpful and worked very hard to get me on the road in something safe. She batted for me to get my refund with U-haul and had to jump through several loops to get to the right person. U-haul needs to make their systems easier to work on and not let these small companies place blame on U-haul, they all seem to have a negative attitude about dealing with U-haul. I thought they were U-haul ? Customers shouldn't have to go through all that . Neither should the employees. Front desk employees Cinnamon and other girl were great. It was the system, inspection & maintenance of vehicle that was not good at all.

Our vehicle failed to start On several occasions – 40 minute delay’s. The vehicle actually quit while running. It’s the first time we’ve used U-Haul that we have not been satisfied and were rather disappointed. Not to mention inconvenienced. 15 foot truck number GC on several occasions – 40 minute delay’s. I was told my truck would fit on the auto transport. It wasn't even close and I had to put a different car on it. I also had to drive to a seperate location to get my auto transport and was told that they guarantee the equipment not what location it was in. Then I was told I would recieve a 50 dollar credit for me having to drive two hours to get my auto transport, and then when I picked up my trailer I was told no, there would be no credit.

The truck was filthy inside and out. 118,000 miles on it which if was in good repair wouldn't be an issue. However, the ride was rough.

Cargo are of the truck was clean but the truck itself was pretty dirty. I reserved a truck in Casper, Wyoming a city of 60,000 people. I had to drive 50 miles to pick up a truck in Douglas, Wyoming. No break or discount was offered or given to cover the cost of fuel to travel the extra miles. The lady that worked at the pick-up location was nice and efficient.

Felt as though I was bothering them. Didn't go over any damage to rental or mileage, or how equipment worked.

When my wife arrived, the lady told her we are closing for lunch. You will have to come back in an hour. She had already driven an hour to Douglas from Casper because the rental truck we reserved in Casper was given to another customer in the middle of the night due to a breakdown. I understand problems happen, but when you hire movers a month in advance you cannot wait until U-Haul decides to come up with another truck.

I went in for some information about dropping the 15-footer off, they were on a call. I dropped the trailer off, and then they charged my credit card $42 dollars for being 97 miles over. They never even called to let me know. They girl working called her sister and she told me to call UHAUL and take it up with them. They didn't want to help me they just wanted me to leave. UHAUL's customer service people are terrible about caring about their customers. If I had not stopped in to see about whether they got everything checked-in OK. I would have never known they had charged my card.

The equipment is old and we had trouble with the wiring, haul needs to replace the old trailers. I will think twice before I will rent a UHAUL piece of equipment. I stopped in Evaston, Wy and after 2 hours we left without any help, traveled with defective lights.

Lisa and her staff are always so helpful and understanding. The first time I rented a truck from them was during a Wyoming winter. Blizzards were the norm over the several days I had the truck. I was so concerned about not getting to my destination on time and Lisa assured me that they would work with me. And she did. And that is why I won't rent from anyone else but Lisa. And I'm not hesitant to recommend her to my friends when asked. In fact thats how I made my initial decision to rent from her the first time around. A good friend recommended Lisa. So thank you once again Lisa for making a stressful time,less so. Sincerely Bill S.

I'd like the purchase of my boxes refunded as I was not able to get them until after I had already moved... was forced to leave them in the apartment building. Plus the TV box was waterrible damaged. Not thrilled with that at all, would have liked to have gotten them with my truck. :-(
