Absolutely awful online booking experience and horrendous self serve vehicle pick up. Happy to discuss issues over a phone call or email follow up. Thank you.

The lady (owner of the convenience store) did not know what's she doing, and not helpful. She tried her best, eventually it worked out after ~ a half hr.
Richard Pangkalocation is not safe. when you have to lock the door to do a contract it does not look well. asked for a furniture dolly and had to go pick it up the next day.
pierre daoustScary side of town. Wouldn’t recommend going alone.
Stephen HodgsonTerrible experience. Can see the customer service notes for more information.
Cara RavesiThis business with taking a cell phone picture of the dash (odometer and fuel gauge reading) is a bit confusing for a new customer. The vehicle reading was also in whole mile numbers without the fractional mile reading the software wanted.
Peter AppelmanI am very disappointed with uhaul. Mohammed, the man who took care of the process, was extremely nice and helpful and is just the messenger in this situation. However, when I ordered the truck online I was quoted for roughly $40 and when I arrived to pick up the truck I had to pay a fee of $100, which is unacceptable. The major issue and complaint I have is when I looked at my receipt and I was charged $365 by uhaul. On top of moving an entire house, this was an extra hassle that I definitely did not have to deal with. Due to this experience, I will no longer be using uhaul in the future, nor will I be recommending it to family and friends. I hope that this issue is sorted out as soon as possible.
Nickolas MorroneSystem had many problems with reservation and fees, payment, and my account still doesn't show I rented a truck! Spent almost 45mins to pickup the truck with no line up.

Charlotte TarrThe estimate for fuel was overestimate (It was given as half full, but clearly less than half). I'm not sure who makes that call.
Roland WilhelmEnsure the employees are properly trained on procedure. I got charged 270$ more than I should have !!! Ridiculous .
Cameron GoldhawkThe girl at this location was able to change my email to tge correct one.
NADIR MOHAMMEDTHE RENTAL FROM THIS SIGHT WAS VERY CONFUSED right from the start. The store operators seem to have little or no training, I have no idea way we were sent to the Big Bee to pick up the 26' truck it really doesn't fit their lot, considering I had talked to Welland Ave. store originally. The start Milage on the contract was 30,000 more than on the trucks odometer and the fuel was marked 7/8 but was near the 1/2. The operators at the store could not help. I contacted the Welland avenue store they tried to help and I think got the fuel fixed but could not help with the milage difference. I took pics but was unable to send them on your app. Have pics all the way along. Though it was told to me many, many times the truck had to come back to Ontario from Nova Scotia. Which from the start I needed a way home for me and my wife after moving our son and all I had to do if I ran over the days was pay $40.00 per day and any additional mileage. We had some unseen structural repairs to their new house that took extra time. Before I called on the last day I received a call that the truck need to be back at the Welland store today. I tried to explain nobody had told me to call 2 days before if I was going to be late and that I was near Yarmouth Nova Scotia 2,200kms. away and we were booked with New Brunswick Covid Pass for the Tuesday entry I was told it had to be back the next day for a rental. I afterward talked to the Welland ave store and they understood the issue and we worked out being back for the 28th they said in time for the next rental. We drove about 1,100km each day. From this I think more info about everything would have helped and a bit less about the return of the truck to Ontario. In the end the move started out with 2 hrs. lost at big bee and a lot of confusion and frustration. Truck worked well in the end it's done. The issue with the truck possibly not being returned to Welland Ave . store is very confusing to me.
gary smuldersDropped off the truck in the morning. Wasn't checked in until at the very end of the day.
ROBERTWILLIAMALF BAYLISSHad to go out of my way to a different town to pick up my truck which was ond and dirty.
