Lady at front desk was rude and incompetent. She told us our rental wouldn't be ready and didn't offer any solution other then her system being down. Only I insisted on her figuring something out that we got our rental an hour late!!Juan Jose A.

When man opened door at 9:00, walked in and he did not acknowledge I was even there and he went to back of warehouse to open doors and prepare for other business. Could have said "someone will be with you soon", but continued work in back. After 5 or 10 minutes a young lady entered office and started checkin process.LESLIE B.
They charged me for gas even though when I first inspected the truck I noticed it had 1/4 tank of fuel so I went in and asked if that could be changed on my contract since the contract said it had 7/16. They said yes and that I could bring it back with 1/4 tank. That is what I did and they charged me $72 in gas. Dishonest. I will never use them again.Mason H.

i rented to move new equipment into a new restaurant location. when i called for original pick- up location, there was no avail. trucks. They asked if i would like to pick up in the next city, i said thats fine as long as i can drop off in the same city i pick up in. he said that would be fine. we negotiated $.40 per mile, and when i dropped off they charged me .$99 per mile cause the said it was a one-way, not in town. Whoever originally took the reservation didnt even change the original pick-up location. when i dropped off at location, the girl at the pick-up location was very rude and just closed the contract and said to call customer care. I will no longer be using UHAUL, ill stick to Penske...and i will be telling all the customers that come into my businesses to do the same.carlos A.

The seatbelt was broken and kept beeping for two hundred miles. I paid too money for this and I am so disappointed! I will never rent a U-Haul again. I should get a discount and another thing the wait time when I called was 63 minutes. I am so upset.DENA R.

Everything worked smoothly until it came time to return the vehicle. The App was terribly frustrating because I was unable to submit my pictures needed to check the vehicle back in to the location. This delayed me by over 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes later on to send emails and make calls to people to explain what had happen.JOEL ANDREW K.

The receptionist who does the rentals was not in even though it was a normal work hour, so after waiting 15 mins for her to show up we had to wait another 45 min because she was having technical issues with computer/ internet / uhaul website. So after waiting for an hour in a noisy tire shop in 100 degree weather we were not happy!Rafael S.
They are very lax in running this part of their business. They leave it unmanned and are careless with the service. They actually hang up on you if they don't know what to do. In person it's worse and very uncomfortable.BRIANNA V.

First of all, I had reserved a 20ft truck online for mobile pickup at 6:30am today and when I get there it says my rental was chosen to be hand delivered until 9am. So then I called the 1800 number and it took 20minutes for a rep to answer. I explained my situation to a girl and she placed me on hold and then my call got redirected to another girl to whom I had to explain my situation all over again. She helped me change the rental but the only available one was a 10ft and since I had to move my stuff today I had no other choice. So now my bill was way more than what I was expecting to spend if I had gotten the original 20ft. Because I had to take 3 trips w/ the 10ft truck versus the one trip I would of taken w/ the 20ft truck. This was just a bad experience overall and a waste of my time and money.Tamara C.

This review is not on the specific location but for UHaul company. My pick up time was scheduled for 9am. I chose to do mobile pick up and when I went through the process the system told me my card could not be processed. I tried several times and it did not work however my bank was charged 2 times! I tried processing through the office and the card would not work there either. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes to get through to somone. The uhaul customer service rep said she had to transfer me to someone else that could process my pick up. I pleaded with her not to transfer me as I did not want to hold again. She said she had to transfer me as she could not do anything. During the transfer the automated message said the call was dropped and I was out back on hold for 25 minutes! I decided to go home and wait on hold since I could not get my truck. By the time I got to the second customer service rep she said she could not process my pick up since I was not at the pick up location. I went back and was finally able to pick up the truck. This set me back 2 hours behind schedule. I am most disappointed that uhaul does not seem to value customer service and did nothin for ensure their customer was happy. I was charged $123.00 for using the uhaul for 5 hours. I'm a regular customer and I would of thought I would of gotten a better rate on mileage. Idk how $19.99 + 14.99+ $65.00 added the amount they charged my card. SMHMaria M.

We had a great experience renting our U-Haul today. I filled out all the forms online and submitted my license before hand. It took 10 minutes to get the keys this morning and 15 minutes to turn the keys back in this afternoon. The guys we dealt with were polite and helpful. Thanks!!Malia J.
