Pick-up & drop off easy, however the App did not work for check in or out
Michelle BI booked my 1 day rental at the Mora Location, 24 hours notice it was changed to the Pine City Location. Which was a 20+ minute drive to pickup and drop off. I expected my mileage cost to be taken away automatically since Uhaul was forcing me to drive an extra 40 miles to pick up my uhaul... i shouldn't have to pay for those miles. The man helping me at the desk was very helpful and the location was great - But i wasn't happy with them only dropping my mileage cost from 99 cents to 59 cents a mile.... Those charges should have been eliminated completely for making me drive out of my way last minute.

Rick BBest RENTALS opens on Sundays at 10AM. WHY does UHAUL instruct me to return it to them by 8:15AM or pay additional charges when the return location is NOT OPEN! I think that is something you need to fix systematically.

Terry SI was pulled over by two police officers on the way to clean out my storage.they said that the registration didn’t match the trailer . And had me on the side of the road forever . I called and spoke with the manager at this location and he told me that was hard to believe. So no I would not Recommend this location to any of my friends or family actually would like to be reimbursed for the trailer for the hassle of the whole ordeal

ASHLEN OWe simply dropped off at this location after hours and did not enter the business, nor deal with anyone. The location was convenient to the freeway. The parking lot is very poor - potholes everywhere.

michael sTrailer was dirty and had lots of what appeared to be barbed wire in it and burnt plastic. I had to deep clean it before I was able to put my motorcycle in the trailer. Staff was awesome at pickup!

Michael SThe truck was dirty when I picked it up and then they didn't tell me I had to return the truck clean or I would of washed it so they charged me another 10 dollars. Plus I had to go back due to the truck fuse not working also so it was a inconvenience and I didn't like truck didn't have 4 wheel drive it was bad in snow or keyless entry. I would not rent uhaul ever again .

KEVIN MI reserved trailer in August and had to drive an hour north to pick it up. This was absolutely terrible two hours of my time additional fuel used; when I had reserved 8 weeks in advance! Brutal customer service being busy and short staffed is not an excuse when I reserved 8 weeks in advance.
DAVID DI was given the wrong truck keys for my reservations so when I tried to do the mobile checkout when we returned after hours, I wasn’t able to. Tried calling uhaul help line and sat on hold for 40 minutes even though the wait time said 13 minutes. Was never able to talk to anyone.

Kerry ZI dropped off before they opened, but when I called to get a price adjusted due to the bad staff at the pick up location in Maplewood, the staff here were super friendly and helpful. The quickly resolved my issue and everything went smoothly.

Eric SVery disappointed in Uhaul as a company. Rented a truck in Northbranch, had guarantee and confirmation. Day before was told I had to go 40 min south to get my truck. Get there and there is no truck. Had to go back north those 40 min and then another 20 min to get a truck. So much for a guarantee and why was I sent to a location with no truck?
