Upon arrival, manager said we couldn't park there due to truck being too large. I parked on the street directly across the shop and dropped the keys off into the key box. Manager wasn't very accommodating.David S.

The truck was not at the location at the scheduled time, 8AM. I was sent to another location, that didn't open until an hour later, 9AM. Besides this, the check-in process was also very unprofessional, as the person didn't check any of the truck details himself. The additional items I ordered either weren't in the truck or not at the location at all. I had to double check myself that the dolly was there, as the person renting gave me the keys and said it was ready without checking. There weren't any bungee chords at all as I requested, and when I asked for them, the person did not know what a bungee chord was. On top of this, the truck had an empty gas tank. I was already running late for losing an hour, and now I had to fill up the truck. On top of all this, I had the truck scheduled for an 8PM return, and the 2nd location closed at 1PM. I had to settle by returning the truck to the first location by 5PM. I started the day late, spent 70 dollars on gas, and dealt with someone who I had to supervise to ensure he did his job right for his lack of knowledge & professionalism. This was the worst experience I've had with Uhaul, and frankly, I'm going to check other options next time around & tell my story my circle.Luis H.
