The process of picking the truck up was haphazard, inefficient, and unprofessional.

Januario G.Staff were cold and rude, not accomodating. The truck itself was making noises the whole time I had it and there was stuff in the back when I received it. There was no clear place to park the truck at the location. I originally booked to to a mobile pickup/drop off but I don't see how that would have been possible.
Kristin W.I had rented the uhaul last week , and the reservation had said it was going to be $34 plus a $.99 per mile and I used the truck for under 2 hours & they added $66 dollars for rental tax. & my total was 143 for less than 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE AND RENT A UHAUL THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
