You can stop lying to Customers (probably just women) and be an HONEST gentleman. I would never recommend this location after Owner flat out lied to me about Uhaul's Rules. Guy told me that Uhaul now only allows Trailers to be rented for 6 hours at a time, and that he was doing me a "big favor" by allowing me to rent it for 24 hours for the same rate. And added that Uhaul was giving him a lot of crap about allowing folks to keep the Trailers for 24 hr segments. REALLY??? I Called around to our other locations here,AND to Uhaul Central (800 number) and of course they told me what I already suspected after renting these things for years. That NO they had not changed their 24 hr policy. Guy then proceeded to actually scold me for not "appreciating" him and the "favor" he did for me and made me extremely uncomfortable. Sorry, but I don't thank Men for trying to take advantage of me and for lying to my face and insulting my intelligence; which is clearly much greater than his, seeing as how all I had to do was CALL UHAUL to for their actual Policies. After trying to figure out WHY he would make up such a ridiculous lie, well it all became clear when I went to drop it off... He tried to charge me 78.00 for two 24 hr segments (2 days) when the bill only came to 56 dollars. 20 for the Trailer and 8.00 for the insurance. When I told him that was not correct, he stated it came to 78.00 because Uhaul had reported a Late Night Drop off Charge for me. Which of course was ANOTHER Lie. NO IDEA how this guy has managed to work with Uhaul as long as he has, when he tries to take advantage of women (maybe everyone??) and flat out lies about Uhaul's policies. I plan to file a formal complaint shortly. Really despicable.

Personnel was completely confused about the receipt. His supervisor, when called, was completely confused. Neither would go the extra mile to figure out. I've yet to receive my refund.

Mr. Berry is awesome and very helpful! The location was a little hard to find if you've never been there, but the uhaul trucks helped. I will definitely be using this business for my future uhaul needs. Thank you Mr. Berry for the excellent customer service!

Mr. Berry was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to accompany me to a nearby gas station when I returned the truck so that I was not charged for not refilling the tank. This was very much appreciated as I was very uncomfortable driving such a large truck.

He's the rudest person we've ever dealt with.took over your just to get paper work .people we knew in the area said he was horrible to people.Seems like he has a bad reputation for treating customers terrible.
