Christopher DAfter completing everything online it took a little longer to get the vehicle upon arrival and I was the only person there. He did not cover any additional mileage overage or charge that may would be applied

ROBERT AThe attendant was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a pad lock was left on the trailer, and was not noticed until I arrived at the loading location 20 miles away. Luckily, the local dispatch was able to locate another trailer fairly quickly. This was distressing

ERICH WNOTHING GENTLEMEN WAS VERY HELPFUL
TOMMY LI was given a auto transport and one of the tire straps were cut off. Could not secure both tires. Took trailer back to swap and the office was closed. It was 4pm and the office was supossed to be open until 530pm. Got ahold of the person who ran the office and told him the situation. He said to take it to the Uhaul facility on Railroad Ave and they would help me. Called that store and was told they would not swap it or repair it. I was told to call roadside assistance, because thats there job. I waited for roadside assistance for almost two hours and nobody showed up. Roadside assistance stated they could not find anyone to send to repair the trailer. Then I was able to get ahold of another roadside assistance rep and was told to take the trailer to the Railroad store and have it swape. Called the store again and was told they would not swap it and to call roadside assistance. Called roadside assistance back and was told they found someone and the eta was 90min. I had already wasted 2.5 hrs waiting on them and about a 1/4 tank of fuel. I left, went to a store and purchased tie down straps and secured the tire myself. The whole experience was horrible and I will never use uhaul again. They wasted my time and money because of their own screwup. The equipment was not rentable and the roadside assistance help was a joke!!!
jason sHire more people like Mr. Anthony! Prior to him, I had guaranteed trucks are two other locations. GC World (Mandeville) and a place in Lacombe. When we drover out of our way to pick up the trucks, we were told that there were no vehicles! Waste of our time! Mr. Anthony told us he had a truck and he did. He was super friendly and you can tell he LOVES his work. He treated the vehicle like it was his own! What a wonderful ending to a horrible experience. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM because he made it worth staying f with UHaul and not going elsewhere!!

Glenn ATalk about night and day at Berry best portable buildings in Ponchatoula the location where I had to drop off the trailer wow such wonderful people. I don't know what I would have done had I gotten the same service as I didn't Alabama but I must say U-Haul is very lucky to have this location with such friendly and caring knowledgeable staff. I believe this place is family owned and operated and boy you can really tell the difference out of 5 Stars I give it 10. Thank you so much Mr.Anthony oh,you really turned my day around God bless you.~mccrea family
SEAN MAbsolutely everyone that I spoke withwas very kind and corporat courteous. They ALL went above and beyond for me. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had renting a uhaul!!
Gwendolyn CMy truck was given to someone else thus the wrong numbered truck was on site and had to call customer service to figure it out and get rented while paid movers were waiting on my house. There was potting soil all over the back of the truck. I ordered two dozen furniture pads and only received one dozen. The truck had transmission issues downshifting or not shifting at all. The alignment was so bad it pulled all over the road the entire drive.

Brenda BThe dude who was in the shed literally didn't even walk over to or glance at the truck. He did not confirm the fuel level or odometer. All of this after rudely telling me I did not reserve two dollies. I showed him my reservation on my phone and he remained adamant until I insisted he show me what reservation he was looking at. We found out he was looking at someone else's reservation.
Ross HIt was a little difficult to find a drop off location. Had to drive around before could be located. But over uhaul experience was great, no complaints, will definitely recommend uhaul to friends and family
