When I dropped off the U-Haul the owner couldn't be bothered to help me because he was gabbing with his friend. The place smelled like smoke and mildew. Definitely not an ideal place to rent from.Scott S.

I ordered two different moving dollies (one for furniture and one appliances), got two of the same type of dollies. The store owner/rep was not overly helpful and while talking to me about Pittsburgh (after seeing my license that I was from nearby) said how it's a nice town but there are â€œtoo many Irish and Italians thereâ€ (for the record my family heritage is both). The tow dolly had one wench that didn't work, which to be fair, the directions say not to use and wait for working equipment...but that is not feasible as I needed to go and didn't want to be sent to another location X miles away.Conor B.

Have a way for the store owner to come OUT with the paperwork rather than having to go IN to a vape shop - especially with young children. But it's the only close place to return now.Sara B.
I was told, if I where to drop my U-Haul off clean and early. I would receive money back from the days I didn't use. I tried telling them that and told me no and that I had to pay more money.Luis R.

I was charged $5.40 for a gas surcharge. I filled the gas tank to where it was when I picked up the truck. I put over 4 gal. of gas in the truck and I only drove the truck 34.2 miles. The truck didn't sit and idle any. This would indicate the truck only got about 8.5 mpg. I will not rent a truck for this place again. Also I never received any paper work of any kind.Mark B.
I personally had problems picking up my uhaul at this location. They would not accept cash and couldn't get my card to go though I had to call customer service to pick up my uhaul. There was only one guy in the whole building so when I needed help hooking it up he was distracted making sure no one went in his store. He was on the phone for a while while I was in the process of trying to get it picked up and dropped off.Misty B.

the owner went above and beyond we arrived at 8:30 tried to hook up the trailer we had the wrong plug came home and got an adapter came back to his shop plugged it in to the trailer lights still did not work long story short we finally gave up and rented a truck he was there with from 8:30 til 10:35 and he shop was closed at 9:00 i would recommend him to my friends and familyRonnie C.
Owner was very rude. Blamed me as to why he will not continue with Uhaul. He was upset that I reserved at another location. His pricing is always higher than everyone else.Erica P.

I reserved the truck on on Tuesday November 06 at 415 Spring Branch Road, Dunn, NC pick up on Saturday November 10. I was told to pick the 26' truck up at 808 S 13th Street< Erwin, NC at 8:00 AM Saturday, November 10. Went to this location at 7:45 and waited until 8:30 and no one never showed up. Call the 1-800-478-3564 and spoke with Mary at Uhaul. She was able to locate us a truck at 105 W. Parrish Dr., Benson, NC. Drove to Benson to pick up the truck and had problems there. Had to call Uhaul 1-800-478-3564 again for someone at Uhaul to speak with the person there. This experience cost me 2 hours. I was scheduled to pick up a truck at 08:00AM and was not able to get a truck until almost 10:00AM. Not a good experience at all.timmy W.
