Beds and Beds is one of the most friendly place to rent a U Haul vehicle. I recommend this location highly.

I don’t have any improvement suggestions, however I do have some feedback on the customer service I received. A gentleman named Andrew assisted me with my rental. He was absolutely wonderful. Polite. Patient. And he even stayed a bit late because I had to run to AutoZone to get a an adapter for my truck. I’ve always had good experiences with Uhail, but this one, is the reason I will keep coming back.

The trailer was in a pile of snow. The younger person was rude and arrogant. The parking lot due to snow and vehicles was difficult to maneuver out of.

the manager was very abrasive/confrontational. he gave very unclear direction and when i asked for clarification he treated me like i was not smart enough to address him. In the end i could care less i needed a trailer and this worked great, but both locations could use some professionalism.

When I declined insurance I had to sign a form saying I would immediately reimburse for any damages regardless of who was at fault. Then it would be up to me to collect the money from the insurance company. That's beyond ridiculous. You're just trying to bully customers to buy insurance that they don't need. Maybe take another look at how you treat people. This isn't the way insurance works, as you are already well aware.

Beds and Beds hours were to be open until 8:00 pm and we arrived to drop off at 6:40 pm and no one was there, store was closed! Another customer was there to pick up there rental and they were asking us why the store was closed. Also, the online return for UHaul didn’t work as it wouldn’t let you put in the correct mileage of the truck. Very frustrating!! Have had good experience with UHaul but they need to make the return process more return friendly!!

They didn’t have the keys to open up the building. Then when I got there they didn’t have the truck they said they had and then had my drop off location all wrong and made me pay 100 more dollars because of there mistake. You’re lucky that I needed the uhaul that day or I would’ve went somewhere else. But it’s very unprofessional that I went somewhere and had to wait outside in the freezing cold and then not get the truck that I ordered and have to pay more.

The inside of the cab was a little dirty. There were cookies on the floor and lots of food crumbs in the beverage holders. The inside really needs to be cleaned out better. The storage bay and the rest of the truck was fine.

I was told that the truck would have a ramp that pulls out. which was one of the reasons why we went this route. There was no ramp included, I did speak to the representative and was told that those trucks don't have the ramp, where before we rented told me that they all have ramps.

I dropped off equipment. The system was down so the guy said we will check it in later. Didn’t want to go out and look at anything with me. Yelled pat other customers to the point I wasn’t sure who he was speaking to. Very unprofessional. Then charged me for cleaning when the truck was clean on return besides rented equipment. I’ll look at Penske in the future unless this matter is resolved.

I reserved a truck on a Monday went to pick it up on Tuesday morning. The location I was sent to did nothing to handle that reservation as they didn’t like the card I had. I then went to the 41st location at beds and beds with the same card and they had me up and running in 20 min. Thanks guys.

I had questions about my bill. The guy who answered the phone was immediately rude and argumentative. I wasn’t even trying to argue with him, just wanted an explanation. I eventually got one, but it was like pulling teeth.
