JANICE MThe first uhaul truck we got into and started up, the employee at the location claimed someone stole the muffler and converter (which made sense the vehicle was extremely loud) so we had to wait for another uhaul truck to be available. The location is extremely jam packed with uhaul trucks you can barely exit the lot or remove a vehicle without issues.
Kaitlin AI was charged for fuel, and I dropped the unit off with more fuel than I received it with.

Debra WYes I wouldn't mind sharing where you guys are but when we picked up the truck it had no problems and when we brought it back the man showed us that a piece was lifted up on the truck we we got it we didn't see that at all, if anything they should have went out there with us to look at the truck, we didn't go under anything for that to look like that so that was my problem thank you and you all have a blessed day and night.
