The lady in there is rude honestly. I’ve spoken to a couple other customers and they feel the same way. She is the only reason I wouldn’t recommend people to go there.
James Swind blade of the driver was in bad shape. Driving to Oregon it ended tearing apart.

ALBERT WThe lady running that place ran my credit card and then ran my debit card I was charged twice and then she had the nerve to tell me they were HOLDS when in reality the debit card was pulled out before I even left the facility. Would never recommend this location to anyone

The afternoon my sister and I arrived to rent a trailer to move a golf cart was rainy and cold and nothing was going right for us until we got to haul. We were damsels in distress and Tracey was out night in shining armor. He worked with us in the rain to ensure we were safe to be on the road, all the while with a smile on his face and kind words of encouragement. The world needs more people like Tracey and his wife.

Jeffrey CThe Uhaul recommended movers on your website named Top of the Line DDM DID NOT SHOW UP after we accommodated their availability. I phoned them, and it went right to voicemail. And then I text them with no response! We had to quickly find alternate help on our own which took several hours! We would like the refund of $155 which was held on our card.

Reginald HThe truck we rented did not have working running lights. We rented the truck early in the day so we didn’t notice the lights weren’t working until we drove in the evening. By then the office was closed.
