The truck interior was a bit dirty as well as the back of the truck so we swept it out before we loaded our things. It wasn't gross dirty or anything like that though just spilled coffee and really dusty with leaves inside. Everything else was great. Customer service at the esso was awesome. GraciasAmanda P.
It took me over 40 minutes to complete my drop off! Absolutely unacceptable!!! First he couldn't find my booking for the first 10 minutes and every time a customer came in to the store he had to help them since he was the only worker so he was constantly being interrupted and I had to be the one to wait. Then when he checked the fuel he felt it wasn't quite back to the 1/4 level that I received it at. So I had to pull the truck around again to put in more gas. If Uhaul just gave the vehicle with a FULL tank of gas then the customer knows to fill it up instead of a subjective amount. It was a horrible frustrating experience while my ride away was waiting on me the entire time. I am not impressed!Bradley R.

This location the people were very nice. The other comment above at the Kensington location was not for them personally. The van is uhauls responsibility and the owner of the site. Not the workers. My horrible experience was with the uhaul traffic and scheduling over the phone service lines. They do not care about the customers. Only what fits their business agenda for that day. I was told they can change your schedule at anytime and do not need your approval. Sorry customer relationsRICHARD S.

I was not confident that the first truck offered to me would make the trip. The 2nd truck was in better condition but needed a front end alignment. Fighting the steering for a 1300km trip was not enjoyable. I ordered a fridge dolly which was not available at pickup.Trevor D.

Would not recommend U haul again the equipment was not satisfactory as I drove it on the highway it there to the left there to the right very hard to control I made it known to the people at U haul it didn't seem that they were concerned about that I bought the unit back four hours early because I didn't wanna take the chances of my second load on the highwayDavid C.

Was told there was taxi service so I could get to airport after dropping off the uhaul truck. There isn't. I was stranded. No shuttle or bus either. I was lucky to be offered a ride by complete strangers using their personal vehicle and time to get me there. I *just* made it! This was a huge risk for a woman traveling alone.DIANNE B.

I originally booked at Edmonton location but the U haul site crashed and booked me at this location.Pawanpreet K.
The person was not good to deal with at the pickup location. She didn't know the contract mileage. She didn't listen. The entire experience was not good. The pickup was to be through the mobile phone and that did not happen. The experience took about 30 minutes even though all of the information was filled out prior to the pickup date.Vincent M.
We pulled into the drop off area and there is very little place to park. We had a 26' van and a 6' X 12' trailer in tow. We had to unhook the trailer ourselves and muscle it into a different parking location by hand.Rick P.

I was supposed to return my uhaul after hours, and had to have it back by 545 am. I returned it around 1 am. When I arrived I clicked the return rental and it was no where to be found on my account. As if I reservation didn't exist, so I couldn't fill out the people return form and of course couldn't call customer service.Tamara B.

Truck was not at all clean inside. Only had 1/4 tank of fuel. Told to bring back at 1/4. Not an easy task at the gas pump to try and get it exact. I ended up returning with more fuel. Price was good, service was good, but the truck should be clean and full of fuel.Jamie B.
There was a picture included with mobile check in that was not in the truck. An old piece of rebar attached to itself in the shape of a box, maybe make sure they are updated between customers.Kayla R.

If other customers were in the store I was asked to wait so the other customer could be tended to instead of finishing with me. The unit was full of garbage and had a empty tank of gas, and was returned the same way as told to by the uhaul rep when I called to complain about this.Jason W.
Better inform the client if what they placed in their original order (dolleys, furniture pads) will be carried over to new location. I was left without most of the equipment I had ordered, making my move more challenging.Jason K.

They are a new U-haul location and need more signage. There was one small sign and no other trailers or trucks indicating it was a U-haul location.Darrell S.
Staff didn't appear to care just told to park it bring in keys this appears to be an easy way for them to charge you for any extra damage or fuel level disputes without you at location to defend yourself and they just charge it to your credit card and then tell you nothing they can or will do about it very rudeALAN K.

We had to drive to Beaumont because the reserved 20 ft for Spruce Grove had catalytic convertor ripped out. Don Szybunka from Five Star Transport went out of his way last night to work with Traffic to find us a rental. He is an excellent rep for U Haul. He stated that we would probably be compensated for extra mileage. We weren't and also disappointed that the gas tank was on less than 1/4. Makes no sense when this is an Esso. For us to fill up there the rates are the highest in the area. Also, the unit was not in clean condition exteriorly.russell robert L.

Respectfully have the truck cleaned off from snow or advise me to bring brooms to clear off the snow myself. Walk out to the truck to go over things, like does the truck use gasoline or diesel, give a few tips for people who haven't used these trucks before, maybe hand the customer the keys instead of saying they are in the truck somewhere, I had to try to figure out (in a blizzard) how to open the back of the truck to find the keys. Terrible customer service at this location.Penny B.

Customer service is not friendly, very cold & matter of fact, yet they run a gas station & convenience store. Despite checking in online, most of the info had to be repeated at pick-up, including a DL picture. This is their system. It took at least 20 min before I left the lot. The cab had a used tooth brush in the driver-side sunvisor and the back deck and ramp were dirty and had gravel on it.Jacob S.

When I give a drop off point being in leduc, it is a huge inconvenience getting a text message stating I have to now drop it in beaumont another 20 min away, then be charged for those kilometers. I will never use uhaul again.Jordan N.
