The last time I rented from this location, they didn't have the truck there and I had to go to Leduc to pick up the truck in -40 C. The truck was nearly empty of fuel also. This time the truck was there and 3/4 of a tank of fuel! Especially nice, since I live 2 blocks away. But they had me re do the paperwork at the store again, I did it online already!Graeme P.

The tow haul shouldn't be on as soon as you start the truck. It causes high rpm and premature wear on the engine and transmissionBen M.

The ladies at the uhaul healed best they could but the info they got from the actual uhaul was unacceptable. 4 times I was switched once without even knowing and then you were trying to charge me $231 for A 40km trip. I waited over an hour to get this straightened out and then was refunded $48. I want all my money back and I will be contacting the upper management to get this dealt with. Absolutely not a well ran company and such terrible communication. I'm beyond disappointed and will not let this rest as it made an already stressful day way worse. A whole week and a half I dealt with this and I will never use uhaul again and I will be spreading the word to my costumers in real estate also to not rent this trucks. It was filthy, couldn't even see out the bug filled window. Fries and Cheesies were left in there on the floor. Just all around terrible. Would be good to have this rectified.Pam G.

But with all the changes to drop off pick up changes don't feel that I should have been charged for extra day. Truck was filthy when we picked it up tow dolly had to be returned as it had broken strap for tire so could not be used causing me to have to drive it to Alberta extra gas expense. General photos did not show the condition of the van when inspected. When checking/in our driver's licenses where photographed by a third party phone and images transferred to the Uhaul site. What happens to the images on the phone? How does Uhaul protect our privacy?Ambere P.

The poor gas station attendant had to service the U-hall and gas station. Not proficient in the U-hall services, limitation on providing all information and registration process; took 25 min to complete my rental alone, plus time in between to help gas station costumers. Handy location for us but slow checkout of scout 25 mins left other Esso customers frustrated. She forgot to give us our furniture pads and wouldn't come out with me to do a walk about upon return.Ricky J.
Failed to advise that speedometer was in miles per hour. Minimal gas. Had to put fuel in to drive off the lot. Could have put some in truck just prior to it being picked up. The truck interior was a bit dirty as well as the back of the truck so we swept it out before we loaded our things. It wasn't gross dirty or anything like that though just spilled coffee and really dusty with leaves inside. Everything else was great. Customer service at the esso was awesome. GraciasAmanda P.
It took me over 40 minutes to complete my drop off! Absolutely unacceptable!!! First he couldn't find my booking for the first 10 minutes and every time a customer came in to the store he had to help them since he was the only worker so he was constantly being interrupted and I had to be the one to wait. Then when he checked the fuel he felt it wasn't quite back to the 1/4 level that I received it at. So I had to pull the truck around again to put in more gas. If Uhaul just gave the vehicle with a FULL tank of gas then the customer knows to fill it up instead of a subjective amount. It was a horrible frustrating experience while my ride away was waiting on me the entire time. I am not impressed!Bradley R.

This location the people were very nice. The other comment above at the Kensington location was not for them personally. The van is uhauls responsibility and the owner of the site. Not the workers. My horrible experience was with the uhaul traffic and scheduling over the phone service lines. They do not care about the customers. Only what fits their business agenda for that day. I was told they can change your schedule at anytime and do not need your approval. Sorry customer relationsRICHARD S.

I was not confident that the first truck offered to me would make the trip. The 2nd truck was in better condition but needed a front end alignment. Fighting the steering for a 1300km trip was not enjoyable. I ordered a fridge dolly which was not available at pickup.Trevor D.

Would not recommend U haul again the equipment was not satisfactory as I drove it on the highway it there to the left there to the right very hard to control I made it known to the people at U haul it didn't seem that they were concerned about that I bought the unit back four hours early because I didn't wanna take the chances of my second load on the highwayDavid C.

Was told there was taxi service so I could get to airport after dropping off the uhaul truck. There isn't. I was stranded. No shuttle or bus either. I was lucky to be offered a ride by complete strangers using their personal vehicle and time to get me there. I *just* made it! This was a huge risk for a woman traveling alone.DIANNE B.

The person was not good to deal with at the pickup location. She didn't know the contract mileage. She didn't listen. The entire experience was not good. The pickup was to be through the mobile phone and that did not happen. The experience took about 30 minutes even though all of the information was filled out prior to the pickup date.Vincent M.
We pulled into the drop off area and there is very little place to park. We had a 26' van and a 6' X 12' trailer in tow. We had to unhook the trailer ourselves and muscle it into a different parking location by hand.Rick P.

I was supposed to return my uhaul after hours, and had to have it back by 545 am. I returned it around 1 am. When I arrived I clicked the return rental and it was no where to be found on my account. As if I reservation didn't exist, so I couldn't fill out the people return form and of course couldn't call customer service.Tamara B.
