I made a reservation, two days before I needed, to pick up a trailer from one Haul location. As I was driving to pick the trailer up, I called just to confirm and was told they did not have the trailer, they had the reservation but could not provide the trailer. They transferred me to another location on the other side of the county. I went there to pick up a trailer, they were closed but we were going to do everything over the phone. Mind you, it was pouring down rain and my wife and I together could not pick up the tongue of the trailer high enough to place it onto my truck hitch. The gentleman we were talking to over the phone was very nice and helpful and suggested that we go to another location, so back to the other side of the county we go. The third location is where we met Austin. I cannot say enough positive about Austin! He turned a very bad experience into a good one. He was extremely helpful, friendly, caring, and professional. He knew what he was doing and accommodated us without any problem. Before I knew it, the paperwork was done, signed, and the trailer was hooked up my truck. When it comes to UHaul, I highly recommend seeing Austin. He treats you with respect and is eager to satisfy the customer.

Donnie Myers1Low truck tire pressure caused a dash light error which covered up the mileage. I had to take the truck back home to fill it with air. 2. The app was troublesome, I had to call for help... it took 45 minutes to check in and 35 to check out. 3. Beware of your final charges to your credit card. Mileage was very expensive plus gas plus tax plus plus.
Rob RoginskiMy poor rating has nothing to do with the Beane Outdoor Structures 1550 Hwy 49 S Concord NC 28025 location. It has to do with the Uhaul @ 855 Concord Pkwy S, Concord, NC 28027. I reserved a truck and an applaince dolly online. Upon arrival, they did not have a the dolly and stated, Uhauld does not guarantee dollys to be available. If that is the case, what is the point of reserving one if you need to move an applaince? They did call and find a different location that had both a truck and a dolly but this was just a waste of time and a furter distance away which, cost more time and money.

Travis CanupExperience was poor. The facility has a bad odor and smell the smell was reeking from employees. The smell was unbearable and several potential shed buyers and truck renters walked in and walked right back out. Disgusting. I would only go back unless the weekend person is there. Any weekly rentals and she is not there I will not do business with them. They had the nerve to ask why we were wearing masks! Really! The truck was extremely old. The air not working property in 100-degree heat was not blowing cold Shame on you UHaul! SHAME ON YOU!

Jonathan CampAdvise customers that there is an after hours service fee when estimating the price of rental. Also I requested an appliance truck which wasn’t there. The motor cover inside the cab was loose so all the motor heat and exhaust came into the cab.
JOSEPH PIPKINThis guy took over an hour to get me checked out. He was so fat he couldn’t even get out of his seat to get the contract off the printer. Had to get his poor kids to bring it to him. He told me to drive by the front to get a picture and make sure that I installed it correctly. He never got out of his chair for the 5 min I was sitting there so I drove off. Luckily I did it right and the trailer didn’t fall off or that would have been an easy lawsuit.

This cost me $10 extra that you owe me. You sent me to a location where the girl was working out of her car. She puts me in a truck on empty ! I’ll be calling you for money owed me.
mike silinskiI received the wrong keys and had to take the wrong vehicle, how can I take pictures of the vehicle, and mileage assigned to me?? I was charged 100$ its not what I used. Overall not a good experience and the customer service is very bad no one picks up calls when I needed them.

Got a bill for $20.21 for returning the truck after-hours, when I rented the truck at almost closing time, never got Informed about such charge from the rental person. Very disappointed. I will submit it on Social media so people know that when returning the unit they should do it in the open hours of the Location that they rented.

Thomas LustikFront cab area was very dirty and sticky. There was cigarette ash in both door panels. The coolant light came on shortly after leaving the location. I had to pull over to the auto parts store to buy and add coolant. Had to add coolant 2x other times in the weekend I had the truck. The front suspension bushing or shocks are completely shot. The truck was unsafe on the freeway at speed or when driving down narrow streets. I regret getting the truck and will have to use a company that takes better care of their trucks next time.

Andrew HazlettHad a reservation for 9:00 am. Arrived On time and nobody was present. Business was closed. Called U-Haul customer service and after providing my phone number I was disconnected. Approximately 10 minutes later, the business owner arrived and barely acknowledged our presence. We obviously interrupted his sleep or whatever other plans he had for the day. Rental was completed and we returned the truck by 2:30pm. Upon returning the truck, again, nobody was present at the location. Posted hours were listed as 9:00 -5:00. Tried to complete the return on website but geolocation would not recognize our presence. All together, customer service was a joke. Will gladly pay more at a competitor next time around.
