Nothing I added to my order was at the truck, no one was at the location to assist, the app wasn’t working correctly for ease of entry to the vehicle.

I was overcharged for gas. No one was at the location so I had to leave keys in.lockbox.
Carolyn Struck was not in the lot at the location but was instead parked on a back street behind the location, which was closed, and which did not provide the furniture blankets and hand truck that I had reserved. Location was also 14 miles away from the site I chose when I reserved, and I wound up paying 20 extra miles (=$20) at the end of my rental.
John MIt was not easy to identify, it was unclear if we were in the right location and it took some time for someone to assist us. We then had to drive to another location to actually see and get the truck.
EMMA FI was only late for 30 mins to return the truck but I was charged extra half of the original payment.

Fernando IThis U-Haul experience was a nightmare!!! I asked on your 800 number for a manger to call me. NO ONE DID!!! We had to make 3 stops to find a truck that was reserved!!! -First stop discontinued U Haul. No one contacted us! -Second you all told us to go 20 miles away and there was not a truck for us! -Third stop got us the WRONG Size Truck!!! We took what we could get at that point. Every Panicked call to your 800 number led to a 20 minute wait on the phone!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE???
TRAVIS CTurn in went fine. People were nice. The only problem was that I could not locate an entrance to handle the truck and auto dolly. I left it on the street and got the attendant. That was OK and we did the inspection there. He moved the rig, I left.

Patrick SPicked up at 4:42 on Friday. Was supposed to have a dozen of moving blankets in the truck they were not had to drive to another location to get them. Then was over charged for the blankets plus they were not even used. Then dropped off before my drop off time & was overcharged for that as well because they were not open. Now trying to get my money back from the blankets that were over charged for 1 and then not even used so I should be reimbursed the manger said and can not get ahold of the location I picked up from!
