Uhaul needs to immediately cut ties with this drop off location. I did the online check in and could not find anywhere to drop the key. Spoke to uhaul customer service and they were not helpful at all. As a member of the military and someone who moves often, I will never use uhaul again. You need to do better on who you associate with.
