Rose is the best, very kind lady. She's helpful in getting you in what you need, when you need it. She explains all the billing details well, you understand what your being charged. She's right there helping hooking up the trailers on departure and unkooking when returning. I was there to watch her do the same excellent service with other customers as well. Would highly recommend Bay Treasures for all uhaul needs and for a fun little store shopping experience. I will definitely be back.

This is where I found out I went 90 miles over my limit
The gas I had to pay to go 2 hrs away to get my truck and drive 2 hrs back then fill the truck with gas for my move deeply cut into my moving expenses
I don’t feel I should pay the $60 for the over mileage fees
This is the least you could do to fix my inconvenience
I also don’t feel that paying $415 for a 2 min pull out of snow is very good either
It’s Wyoming weather and there is snow everywhere

There was a drop off location closer to my home for the second trip from ND to WY. I chose to drive farther and go to Bay Treasures because of my previous interactions with Rose. She is friendly and welcoming. I will look to her first for any future U-Haul needs.

I will not use the mobile 24/7 pickup/drop off again. It didn't work to either pick up OR drop off. Additionally, it appears my reservation pick up time was changed without notice or notification. Fortunately, Rose at Bay Treasures got everything sorted out. Great customer service on her end.
