Jason SThe staff let me know that if I were YOUNGER I would not have had difficulty logging into after hours U Haul truck rental program. I felt this was inappropriate and that someone should know there is may be an ageism problem at this facility. I was not at all happy to have this be the response to problems with software and no after hours options available when I had prepared to have the truck available for moving over a weekend.

After a problem with the app earlier in the day at a different location, they saved the day after being called by the manager at U-Haul location Pro-Lock Self Storage (Tammy?), who was absolutely wonderful after our frustrating experience! Between them they saved the day for us and we were able to get the move done that day! Thank you guys! Oh, and they have a sweet and beautiful shop cat, too!
Lisa TI was sent to this location after my original location did not have the van that I wanted. When I got there, the attendant was less than helpful, told me he was on his lunch break, and I would have to check out the vehicle on my own. I had difficulties doing that, he finally agreed to help, and when I got into the van, it was covered with cigarette or cigar ashes, dirty, and though the attendant was on his lunch break, knowing I was coming, instead of cleaning out the van, I had to clean on my own. He stated he would give me a discount, but never did. It was disgusting, took me an hour to clean just so my daughter who is asthmatic Could sit in the passenger seat, ashes covered the entire dashboard as well as thick smell of smoke in the seats and overhead area

Dwight SThese guys were awesome!! I had actually filed a complaint about a u-haul pod debacle a week prior when 3 other locations coordinated the pod rental, and totally botched the whole thing. They were rude and short tempered, and screwed up my rental so I ended up with no storage, even though it had been scheduled and promised. I was really furious at U-Haul in general at that point and when I had to rent a truck a week later I was really hesitant to use U-Haul. Lo and behold, the Madrona Beach Road U-Haul staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond with a short turn around, they were amazing and they are the only U-Haul I will use from now on!! You guys rock!!

Kim JThe guy who booked our U-Haul rental for Sunday when Bay Storage is CLOSED indicated we would be picking up & dropping off using the app, but apparently he did not put that information in the computer for our reservation! Which made our pick up process very difficult!! We had to call customer support to have her add that information & walk us thru being able to even put our information in the app for check-in. Bay Storage is also in a location where your phone does not have consistent service so it dropped our connection during this process multiple times! It took an hour to complete. The customer support person was excellent though!!

carolyn mEverything was great. My only suggestion is to make sure that the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned before the next rental. There was quite a bit of cat hair on the passenger side. Thankfully I love cats and am not allergic 😊

JEROME AMake sure vehicle interior is actually clean. Make sure that "warning" lights are taken care of and clear. This vehicle displayed a low tire pressure warning and I was not made aware there would be a problem. Vehicle smelled of more than just cigarette smoke.

BRIAN NVery limited after hours parking, 3-4 trucks max. I got there (since that’s how the reservation was set up) and they were all filled up. Big shout out to the after hours employee that let me in to the secure area so I could leave it. Or else I would have had to wait on hold with Uhaul customer service for over an hour at midnight.
TODD IThe mileage on the truck was stuck on Kilometer’s kept giving me an erroneous milage that uhaul was gonna charge me for! They got it corrected thank god!
DENNIS AI hate using U-Haul it was my only option though and every time they screw me over charge me for s*** that I didn't f****** want bill me for things I didn't use misrepresent how much it's going to cost then when things come up and they're supposed to work with me they don't last time they just f****** called the cops report the car stolen when I had it for next couple days even though I talked to everybody about it and told him what was going on they knew I was dropping off so just call the cops on me instead f*** you Hall they're all pieces of s*** and I hate him don't ever bring you all ever unless you want them to maybe call the cops and even say in jail for stealing a U-Haul just when you f****** rented one

carolyn mThere were multiple U-Haul locations that were closer but unfortunately I'm assuming that they did not have a truck available. When I arrived at the pick up location, we did not inspect the U-Haul truck. It was missing the rear lock and overall the truck looked very worn. The steering was misaligned and it was difficult to see the speedometer because of the steering wheel. I would not go back to that location if given a choice.
