John LWhile trying to get the truck the uhaul site was down, had to hold almost 30 minutes so didn’t even get the full time reserved. Other than that it was a decent transaction. The only thing I’d suggest is crediting account or adjusting time in the event something like this happens. There’s no staff on duty on Sunday’s so our only option was via the app and phone.

Bobby RLadies are super nice and helpful they have everything you need to move. Boxes, mattress bags, tape, wrapping paper, hitches and balls and tie down rope the works. And if they don’t have it they can tell you where you can find it

Quarlisha CThis pickup location had excellent customer service. Tentative. However they were a newly established U-Haul dealer and had slow internet which forced them to perform the transaction on their own personal cell phone instead of their internet which is no fault of U-Haul
ray HThe uhaul was very easy to drive for a big truck. The only issue I have was the truck was a 1/4 of a tank from being empty upon pickup. I put some gas in it to get 3/4 full. When I turned the truck in I was charged for going over the mileage. No biggie. But the truck was returned with a little more than half a tank of gas. Am I going to get reimbursed for the difference at $3.69 per gallon?
