It was okay but the truck died on us twice and we had to jump it. Should just maintenance the truck.
Danielle RI wish the front tires wouldn't have been cupped and I had to add a quart of oil on my trip. It did make the almost 1200 mile trip to get the stuff that needed to be moved but for 2700.00 dollars I think tires could be maintained better?
John WFirst of all the name of the business location is incorrect. It's not Hey Jays new and used cars. It's Modern Appliances. The van had been returned shortly before I picked up. It smell horrible in the front cab, was so disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The back hasn't been swept forever either. Smell disgusting also. Pick a different location!!!! The gentlemen that helped me inside the business was very kind and helpful.

Bryon FWith exception of the address and a small uhaul sign the location suggested other than a uhaul facility. As it turns out the location was a used/new appliance store. Again nothing on the inside suggested that the location was a uhaul location.
Ty DThe pick up location had no idea what to do. I had to figure out to call office in Gainesville. These locations need to be better prepared for this type of situation. A simple phone number offered to me would have saved an hour of my time. Still not happy that I had to pay m I re for gas on a bigger truck.

Justin HThe truck was great. However, the appliance dolly and furniture pads were not ready for us. I had to go inside and scrounge up some pads from another truck. Also, the contactless checkout was a complete flop. I had it all filled out, but I still had to stand there while the guy manually imputed all the same info! Waste of time! They had done nothing to prepare for our arrival!
Thomas FIt took 45 min to complete the rental process even though i had done the contactless process online. The guys had to contact their boss at an unidentified location for him to try to get the WiFi to work. They kept saying the system was down. I did begin to lose patience and was ready to cancel after 30 min. The truck was dirty by the cups holders. I was not pleased with my experience
KIMBERLY TWhen went to pick up the guy was rude and doesn't care. Truck was returned before the time. Truck rental was for a day and they charge me for two days.
Mukesh PThe guy there was very good but it is a part time gig for him with little experience in the equipment. He was accommodating and easy to work with. The location is not ideal especially where I was pulling a 20' box plus a car carrier...we passed a much larger Uhaul location very close to where this one was that looked much better suited to help me out.
JAMES P1) better communication between uhaul and the pick up spot…pick up was for 9 am, got there 10:30, they do not open until 12 pm and I got lucky. 2) The truck had “left tire needs air” blinking, so I figured to fill it the next day and the tire looked flat and needed repair

Harland AI am very unsatisfied with this whole experience. From the customer service on the phone to the equipment location and the uncleanliness of the truck. I liked UHAUL before this experience and now I don't think I will be using this truck rental company again.
